I have finished reading the books many moons ago and the long wait for the next 2 books to get published... is.... slowly... killing... meeeeeeeeeee!!!
LOL.

The first few times I watched the TV series though, I was a wee bit disappointed about how some characters aren't as good-looking as described in the book, LOL!... and then of course there's a lot of stuff they changed in the story! but oh well, I still love watching!

Oh, that's nice! He's still awesome onstage! They played some of the best Split Enz & Crowded House songs (ie. Don't Dream it's Over, Weather with you, Four Seasons in One Day, Fall at your Feet... History Never Repeats, I Got You, One Step Ahead...)

Funny, while they were performing, the back-up vocalist recognized her cousin among the crowd, haha! There were lots of Kiwis around (I didn't even know there's more than 20 Kiwis in Dubai, LOL ;p)

Yeah, I'm a Banshees fan! (I just wish I were really named Siouxsie though, haha!)

Stone Roses, yay! Two thumbs up! :)
I watched their reunion concert here in Dubai last year in Feb (well, let's face it, Ian Brown is not the best vocalist, LOL!, but man were they awesome!)

Anyway, here are the perfect albums for me (off the top of my head):

Ramones - Rocket to Russia / Brain Drain
The Clash - London Calling
Sex Pistols - Never mind the Bollocks
The Church - Of Skins and Heart
Tears for Fears - The Hurting
Chameleons UK - Strange Times
Pixies - Doolittle
Pulp - A Different Class
Weezer - blue album

Ahhh, there's so many more... :D

Oh yeah, I love new wave! :D

I just went to Neil Finn's concert here in Dubai last Thursday, and on the week before that was "Pet Shop Boys", "Elvis Costello" on 02 May, and then "Blow Monkeys" just a while back... Yup, life's been good around here! ;p

I do have LP's of Ultravox and Cars/Gary Numan...
