More of a 'why do I?'
Why do I bother sending messages to people, only for them to not bother responding? Surely a 'thanks but not thanks' doesn't take that long! |

Last date was with a really nice woman, she lives about 50 miles from me but I thought it was worth the effort. We both enjoyed it- just coffee and a chat- and both said we'd do it again, but the contact just fizzled out :(

Are you afraid to die?

I'd like to die like my granddad did, peacefully in his sleep. Not screaming like his passengers!!!
Dying doesn't bother me right now, being alone means I don't have to think about anyone else. I guess, if I ever do find someone then that view might change. |

What about the monster from the Korean film 'The Host'? I like that one.

I'm pretty much 'what you see is what you get', I say things how I see them, not always what people want to hear but I'm an honest person.
Not into lying or 'massaging the truth' as you soon get found out. If you are looking for someone to share your life with, what's the point in being two different people? |

I think a lot of people live quite dull lives and feel the need to spice it up a little.
I'd love to stay and chat but my private jet is waiting to take me off to my private island, can't keep all those supermodels waiting, can I??? |

... if you can't be with the one you love, love the one you're with.
Anyone agree with that? Should you settle for second best? Or should you hold out for what your heart wants? |

E-Readers? Do you have one?
|
|
Yep, I always used to say "No way!" to e-readers. I think I even posted a blog entry about it a few years ago. But I've changed my mind over the past couple of years. Same here (apart from blogging my thoughts), I was pretty adamant I'd stick to real books, but ended up getting a kindle- it's pretty useful for sticking in a laptop bag or overnight bag, and you can get some really good free stuff for them too- reference books in particular. Yes, I still don't feel it's quite the same as cracking the spine of a brand-new paper book, but it does have it's merits. Never say 'never' |

Simply that- if you could date anyone, who would it be, and why?
I'd choose Sally Phillips, she's a comedienne and actress. I think she has a great sense of humour, a beautiful smile and eyes that sparkle when she laughs. |
