Yes a man and woman can be friends, but if they were, "just friends" and you dont have a problem with it than she shouldn't be hiding it. All honest and trusting people wouldn't flirt with someone else if they were in a relationship if that's the one they wanted to be in. Everyone loves the attention from another person but they should put a stop to it right away if they are with the person they love. I am sorry you are in this situation and best wishes.
