Grilled prosciutto wrapped figs with Blue Cheese and pecans. Rosemary chicken with orange-maple glaze. Saffron rice with pan seared vegetables lightly flavoured with a mango-lemon glaze sauce. I should add that I'm a professional chef and cook like this most of the time. That might explain the 15 pounds I'm trying to lose
