I am now a self employed contractor.

The Language spoken on my job site is ENGLISH!!!!!!
What is spoken in there house holds is not my business!
IT IS THERE RIGHT!!!!

I could careless what RACE, CREED, RELIGION or COLOR you are!
It's not about RACE, CREED or COLOR! IT"S ABOUT EQUALITY!! As far as
ancestry is concerned, my family came here from GERMANY & BELGIUM!
They were not English & THEY DID NOT SPEAK IT, THEY LEARNED IT!
When I went to Public School, the Big Four Curriculum was, Math,
Science, American History & ENGLISH! I never chose those subjects, they
were required! These subjects were put together to prepare us for the
work force! I went to Public School with kids of several different,
Races, Creeds, Religions & Colors! WHAT DID WE ALL HAVE IN COMMON? We
were all exspected to learn the ENGLISH language! After Public School I
spent another 6yrs. in School, where I also studied with several other
People of Different, Race, Creeds, Religions & Colors! Again, ENGLISH
was required for completion!






fact is those that don't speak English do a
lot of jobs nobody else wnats to do for the pay they are getting...

I went to school 6yrs. to learn my trade! I asked for no special favors
or treatment, I busted my azz, alot of blood sweat & tears! I worked in
my field of studies for 15yrs. I WAS EMPLOYEE OF THE MONTH SEVERAL
TIMES!! I was asked to step down and make way for someone who could
COMMUNICATE WITH THE CREW! Some one, who did not speak a stitch of
English! Nor did they have the exsperience or education I have! SOME ONE
THAT WAS WILLING TO WORK FOR HALF MY WAGE!
The person that took this job, wasn't working for the company for more
than 3 months, where I had worked for 10yrs.!!!

FACTS ARE, THE WAGES ARE BEING DRIVEN DOWN!!
THIS EFFECTS ALL OF US, NO MATTER WHAT, RACE, CREED, RELIGION OR COLOR
WE ARE!!! When this effects YOU and YOUR WAGE, maybe then, you will find
something else to do! When this happens & don't think that it won't,
because it will! People will be saying they are doing YOUR JOB that YOU
don't want to do for the money they are getting!!!

Facts have remained the same for over 200yrs.
in this country, English has been not only the dominant
language, it has been mandatory untill now.

My Family migrated here in the 1600's.
They didn't speak a stitch of English, but they learned it.
They never asked for special treatment or favor!
They new English was the language of the new world & to survive here,
they would have to learn it!
