i think german philosopher, Kant, used an example of positive lies when he illustrated the point of a situation where or if germans were hiding jews in their homes and they came to that house, would you lie to protect the jews or be honest and get them all shot in the head. there is a positive lie.

Keep them up! for the questions - a response is not expected because there were bizzare questions that i hope none would ever answer in the positive but sometimes its interesting to see people's reactions to the questions posted. that was merely my purpose for the posts. Questions meant more for self-reflection? if that is what you feel inclined to do with the questions then go ahead. as mentioned before, these questions were not directed at anyone, rather it was a way to discover people's reaction to questions posed. But, WHY do you want to see someone's reaction to a thread about hurting animals or people????? for exactly the reason you just reacted. to see that people still care about others in this world, you will not be shocked to know that there are people, possibly in here, do not feel that way? it is my way of knowing about people in here. no harm in that. |
