Well, I lost the original bid but my old realtor rebid on it. But 5000 less and asked for them to pay 3500 in closing costs. I can't believe that I won the bid again but 8k cheaper. What a fiasco, but seems to be working in my favor. So I will wait to see if it all becomes final, when I receive the actual signed paperwork. There you go! Now comes a little thing I like to call "Fun with Funding" .... it's not really fun AT ALL.

It is a short sale. Needs work, that I mostly can do, and 25k under comps. I'm downtown Fullerton now, this is near upper area of Fullerton, but technically La Habra CA in oc. And a beloved garage and pool. ah... Ha ha. I better not get to excited... Right on, La Habra is a good area.

Help me understand that mentality? If you are a "big" woman and are excluding men that are overweight how can you even say that without being in shape yourself?? I prefer thick woman myself but don't close my mind to all sizes.. what do you think? I might have to do with how well they "fit" together if you get my meaning So that they can fit into the same car? No, silly, too much cushion on both sides makes it hard to get to the right spot well and thoroughly Sometimes I really do wonder about this LOL ... it certainly is an interesting visual to think about hahahaha

Had to stay home with my youngest, she's sick with the flu, but got a call this morning, that I won the bid on a 3 bedroom condo. So a good possibility if the process goes smoothly. Yeah that's exactly that I got! Standard or short sale? Where at?

You don't have to understand it but everyone has right to their preferences. They may be unrealistic but that's their problem, not yours. thanks for your imput. I understand that we all have preferences and I don't consider it "my" problem, I'm just wondering what them thought process is. Thanks for you concern. LMAO.!! Kinda sounds like you have a problem with it or at the very least, disagree. All I said was to each their own. It wasn't a shot at you personally.
