I got dumped yesterday. I only received a text and with no reason.It was only a six month relationship but I am hurting pretty bad.I have never been dumped before,just because I rarely date. How long does the heart break last for and whats the best way to move on? I'm sorry to hear this. Your heart will mend in time. There is no time limilt for when the heart will heal. All I know is it takes time. You can occupy yourself by doing the things you love to do to take your mind off of it. Or start doing something new.
