Limit your starches, such as white bread/rice and other refined sugars. Eat 5 to 6 smaller meals a day. Do some cardio, if you can make yourself go. I'm lazy about that myself, . Knowing about Love. There was a thread started about whether you would
take someone back or not after being cheated. I think everyone said no.
How can you call that Love. If you Love you forgive them whether they
ask for it or not.

I did not belittle her feelings. She tried to dismiss what I said as
invalid. Who is she to judge how I feel? Yes she has her own unique
