So, yah, I'm looking for someone around my age, not a guy young enough to be my son.
Puh lease, don't waste my time sending me a message. The snow is melting away with the rain tonight. Hopefully there won't be any flooding. April showers bring May flowers It's time to get out of hibernating! |

Hi, new here

I guess feather touches from older women are OK in cyberspace but not in real life.
We are still within your age bracket if you go up just a few years. You need to be willing to go just a wee bit higher. You're setting your limits a bit low by limiting the possibilities by limiting the range of how many years we have lived. How 'bout I send you butterfly kisses in the air? And a bouquet of flowers for good measure, since there aren't any emoticons that would otherwise suit the butterfly part of this message. Good luck in your search! Natacia |

Who's up for splitting a banana split?
I'm 55 yrs. old and in Chateauguay, Quebec, close to Montreal in one direction and northwest of Valleyfield in the other. I'm looking for a man as a friend and maybe a potential partner if the interest is there, but it's not a prerequisite for friendship. However girlfriends are an essential part of life too, so I'm looking for that as well. Funny how one line of intent can lead to another. I'm in line for the icecream truck. I scream, you scream, we all scream for icecream! |

If you plan to meet someone and the location seems "real"alistic and there's some sort of reference to verify that what is said is "real", then you limit wasting time messaging the person back and forth.

I am sure that like most dating type sites that there are scammers. I tend to do a picture check or e-mail check if they give me an e-mail. I also don't get overly excited over anything they say. Time is the best way to discover if they are real or not. Generally if they are rushing to meet, call or correspond off this site that is a huge red flag - proceed with extreme caution. |

Hello. I began looking for "the one" and haven't found him yet, but there have been other ones along the way; not necessarily "the one" who have become friends. I appreciate those whom I have found so far and am still hopeful to find "the one" but life is unpredictable and uncontrollable.

EVERY GIRL'S DREAM

I guess I might be one of the few lucky ones. Although I had to wait years to find it, then to lose it because of death. But since then there's been a couple of great guys who have been there for me. Unfortunately at a certain age we have our own lives established and it's easier said than done to completely blend together. I haven't given up yet in the search and in the meantime I have made some good friends.
I know someone who is everything on the list and then some! I have a special one who wears a lampshade to cheer me up and when I had this really difficult situation to handle he brought the lampshade with him for the meeting! When I just read him the list and got to the part of kissing away the tears he added the lampshade bit. He asked me what my favourite song is so he can serenade me outside my window, When I told him I gag when I wear his jacket, he chuckled (ref.#9). We've watched many movies together, some at home, some at the theater. I have my favourites and he has his to which he refers to again and again and again... He calls me out of the blue and if I haven't called him he calls me to ask me why I haven't called. We are so connected but can't live together and can't live apart. He is my best girlfriend and encourages me on my search for a partner in life because even though he isn't able to fill that role for me he is hopeful that I'll find what I'm looking for. So ladies and gents, don't give up! Love is out there in many forms. Natacia |

Where you go on the page to send a message one of the conditions that is listed there is "Male". You might want to change it to "Female" if that's what you're looking for. lol I wish you the best in finding "LOVE".
P.S. You could add photos of a couple of scrapbook pages. I also suggest to put the part where you describe your interests in the third section of your profile. |
