I just moved down to downtown Atlanta area and all of my impulsive outgoing people are up north! Need to find people to hang with!!!

I want to find some people to hang out with! I just want some people as impulsive as me. My work schedule is odd and I might be busy for days but then I am off for a bit and get restless!! I just moved closer to downtown Atlanta....
