well, speaking from experience, being in the military for 18 years, i wouldn't trust anyone that i dont meet in person to gain a connection with. Military men and women can have a secret double life if they want. They can be married, and for teh fun and adventure, date someone on the side with out them even knowing. online dating is hard enough to get a connection with someone without meeting them first, but to think you can trust a person by just talking to them online is crazy. Try to find someone that you can actually be with in person and not someone that can easily hide behind a computer to "date" you. Good luck.
