These turkeys are HUGE!! I would not doubt if animal control just 'pretended' to release the turkey LOL

Today at the college I attend a wild turkey got into the school!!! We have about 5 of them that hang out on campus. They are very friendly. Animal control came and got the turkey outside and set him free to be w/ him friends.

LOL..thanks rare. I'm kinda bummed today. I graduate in 3 wks and I failed my first 'mock' state exam....by 8 questions!!!!!! soooo frustrating!!!

Babies/children are the must geniune people. Just to know I have been part of making a little life just a bit more comfortable- I'm happy. Yesterday I just held a few tiny hands while they got their blood taken. I think it helped....

Caring for people is my calling. I debated whether I could handle seeing sick babies. I found out its hard yet sooo rewarding. I want to make a difference in life- its just a fine line with being able to do your job and not get to emotional about outcomes in patients care

This is very true. I feel those babies gave me more then I could ever give them.

I dont "feel sorry" for any of the babies. Its just sad that they are struggling to survive when must people dont even appreciate life. This particular patient was being seen by me because he has severe heart problems. I didnt notice the extra finger and toe til after I had done my assessments and procedures with him. I thought it was very cute and fell in love with him...it made him very unique and I will never forget him

Yesterday I worked a clinical rotation in a pediatric intensive care unit. I really did not plan on a future working with sick babies although I have to say I totally fell in love with my lil patients. One was a baby with six fingers and six toes on one side.All these little babies were soooo sweet(and sadly very sick)!! I'm so grateful for the experience. Its amazing how situations can put so much in perspective. It can really make you think- life can be so much worse. Most people have a lot to be thankful for but dont see it. Just wanted to share that little bit!
