But seriously, he is a pretty big dog. He is also one of my rescues. He has some emotional problems from being abused and starved almost to death. He pretty much does well with me - but needs time to trust others.
Believe it or not - he actually likes cats and squirrels. Best I can figure is that he had been chained for the first year of his life and that is the ONLY socialization of any kind he had. He is much better now. |

thats not fair commonman....it was my approach and you took it...(oh well ^^ good luck , Ill keep my dog, maybe she will take yours) I will offer my dog on the net (ebay maybe) Might not be fair - but I have more dogs than you do. How much that dog weigh? Would he fit in a crock-pot? And if not - would he fit in one of those turkey deep-fryers?

Its a proven fact that dogs are a chick magnet!! Its what kind of dog you buy......I find that the smaller the dog......the better the chick magnet....... Guys you need to go out and buy a miniture Yorkie!!! 
Why? To feed it to the other dogs? It wouldn't last very long.  then you go.......my phone number is......
*Slaps head* Ohhhhhh!!!!! I see now! Hmmm... Might be why folks run away when they see me. Probably shouldn't have fed all them Yorkies to my big dogs. *note to self* Change social strategy. |

A dog?
One single dog? As in singular? That dog in my lap is a Papa. I also have the Mama and five of his Pups. And another thing - with seven of them, sometimes they aren't my friends at all! 200 - 300lbs of food a month. Thousands of gallons of water a month during the summer. No room on the bed when it's cold outside. Not to mention shots, worm medicine, flea medicine, heartworm prevention. Friends? I don't think so. Sounds more like kids to me. |

I just seriously thrashed my knee on the ice.
Kind of amusing actually. I stepped out to get some wood, went down, and it went "crunch." I reckon it will be alright. Not looking too good right now though. Got a big splinter sticking right out from under the left kneecap. Not really looking forward to pulling it out. Probably make me vomit when I do it. It'll be alright though. Always is.
