Greet them....ask them if there is anything you can help them with...if they say no...say well make yourself at home.....watch them from a distance.........give them about 15 minutes.... then go back to them and ask them if you can help them now.....if they say yes.....then sell them the product.....know your product inside and out.....don't over kill.....after some sale pitching....excuse yourself....give them some more time.....and then go back to them and ask them if there is anything else you can help or if they have anymore questions you can help them with ...I don't know what you're selling....I use to be in carpet sales.....it is great and you have to have the gift of gab.....not only sell them the product but make them feel like you are thier friend.....

I go to the determined-looking female. She's always the fastest. No-nonsense lady. Never a guy cashier - they just don't have good eye-hand coordination, and they are waaaayyyy too interested in your purchases. 
I have good eye had coordination....and I wouldn't be interested in your purchase...I would be more interested in that ring finger....and if no ring then lots of conversation with eye contact.... |
