In my system IM is on. My problem is, if some one sent a request for chat through IM, i cant able check that. whether i got any request or not. As per ur details IM window will come , whether we have to accept the request or not. but in my case, i am not getting that window. please advice

I can able to see whether i got any IM request. In my system Instant message is ON.How can i check that.
