guess my mistake was telling him to prove to me he wasn't just about sex  now he isn't showing anything. prob because of what i said.
 
he still worksout with me but this just shows me he respects my feelings. he isn't being pushy at all, even though there have been certain conversations that have been in the gutter. |

I think when we put the ball in his court, it's because we want him to demonstrate HIS level of interest. If we take the ball back...we will never know. Are we scared to know? 
Trying to steer a relationship leads to unsafe driving habits, IMO...buckle up and let it ride. See what happens. 
Just because he has not responded in YOUR time frame, doesn't mean he won't do so in his own.

I don't think neither party should take control of the relationship, I think however one or the other should take the first step before the other makes plans and hooks up with some body else, then wondering why they didn't move any sooner or faster and or why didn't he or she get your signs you've been sending to either way. Bottom line if you want something you have to go for it. If you want some one to call you there not gonna call you unless you ask them to, or unless you call them and ask them to call you right back whichever the case maybe. fyi: he already knows how i feel very clearly. |
