What I say? It depends on the where and when.
When I'm abroad and someone is trying to communicate with me, or give me directions or information, I don't mind if his/her English is poor.

On another forum, let's say about gardening, it wouldn't matter so much either.

However, on an international dating site, where ppl are looking for a partner, I do mind. Communication is extremely important in a relationship, and if you can't speak the language properly, it means you cannot communicate.

Furthermore, if you know your English isn't good, then why bother to begin with? To me usually an indication that someone is interested in a green card, not in love.
If you really were looking for love, you'd find someone you can talk with, meaning someone that speaks your own language.

Another issue with broken English ... I'm not sure you even understand what I just wrote here ...

hahaha, I understand what you said. I'm not that poor in english, and this post is not just for a site, anyway I know how to communicate in English and I can understand English as well, so its enough for Date someone,

broken English.
It means they know another language.
Even I know 3 more languages (Urdu,
Pushto and Hindi) but English is always
tough to speak.

ok thats nice. I get a migraine if i try to express myself in another language other then English
but its for those who don't know english well.

Nice thread, I've found my people. I feel like it's important that more people have direct experiences of nature, nature can heal human beings. Society can change only when enough individuals have changed. It's all about individual experience. But I think everything unfolds as it should, the message is spreading.
Yes and its not about nations or countries its about each person on the planet that we call earth. Every one has to take his part of saving Living things.
