Take my antidepressant meds, smoke my smoke, a lot of music (retired after 30 years in the business) and spend as much time as I can with my daughter.
Don't drink, have quite a bit of sex, play my guitars and have as many laughs as I can. smokin

Avoid television.
That crap is depressing.

Haven't watched it for more than 10 years but i watch movies and series online

A balanced diet to start with.
Guava, chocolate, carbohydrates.
A shroom a day; hobbies and interests.
Notice and remember when things go well, not when things went bad.
Break your routines and try something different.

Am trying all of the above hope it works but the quarantine is also adding to the hardship
