laugh laugh your funny laugh laugh Why dont you ShowMe your face ?laugh

Let him ramble , he has nothing intelligent to contribute, all he can do is kiss mods ass and drop frequent one liners. If the mods haven't noticed all he does is hijack threads with his one liners. Others may think you are funny, but you are nothing but a dumbass, who does not have the ability to debate anything intelligently.
Or another reason might be you are a muslim and you got offended by it. As far as I am concerned even if you are a muslim, this a a reasonable question. Instead of attacking me, why don't you explain what it really means. Are you ashamed of your own religion, that you have to hide your religion.
The only reason you are not banned is because you kiss mods asses, yes, that is right. You dumb mother****er. I would love to show you myself, so that I can slap you like you the ***** you are.
Oh mods yes ban me and show there are two rules to this site, one for you ass kissing friends and one for new members.

Can some Muslim or learned person, please, explain what this really means.
I am kinda disturbed by it, or it has a different meaning to it.

“I will cast terror into the hearts of those who disbelieve. Therefore strike off their heads and strike off every fingertip of them. This is because they acted adversely to Allah and his messenger” (Koran 8:12)

Just to let you all know, I am open minded and read religious books on all kinds of religion and I see some good in them and some bad. Mostly people mis interpret them to benefit themselves.

What is your problem? And personally attacking users is against the policy, I hope the moderators see this. I won't stoop to your level, but I am quoting so that the moderators can see your personal attack against me.

Part of the reason maybe, because, we are living in a society, where someone's coolness is measured by their blood alcohol level and numbers of sexual partner, who lost virginity first, rather than their IQ.

One in four teenage girls in the United States has a sexually-transmitted disease, a study has indicated.

The study, by the federal Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), found an even higher prevalence of STDs among black girls.

Researchers analysed data from a nationally representative sample of 838 US girls aged 14 to 19.

A virus that causes cervical cancer - HPV - was the most common, followed by chlamydia, trichomoniasis and herpes.

The CDC says the study is the first in its kind to examine the prevalence of common sexually transmitted diseases among adolescent girls.

It found that nearly half of the African-American girls surveyed had at least one STD, while the rate was 20% among white and Mexican-American teenagers.

Human papillomavirus, or HPV, affected 18% of the girls surveyed, chlamydia 4%, trichomoniasis 2.5%, and herpes simplex virus 2%.

Screening recommended

The CDC's Devin Fenton said it was a serious issue because the diseases could lead to infertility and cervical cancer.

"Screening, vaccination and other prevention strategies for sexually active women are among our highest public health priorities," he said.

The CDC is recommending annual chlamydia screening for all sexually active women under 25, and HPV vaccines for girls aged 11 to 12, followed by booster injections.

John Douglas, the CDC's head of STD prevention, says screenings are underused because teenagers often do not think they are at risk.

Analysts say some doctors are also reluctant to discuss screening with teenage patients because of confidentiality concerns, knowing parents would have to be told of the results.

you can buy chalmydia test kits now over the counter in the uk.

yes, but you also have cameras mounted in public places that allow the police to see through your clothing. no thank you to the uk noway noway

see through clothing??? huh huh huh

check out todays news on yahoo, and fox news. Sad, sad, sad

i know nothing about it, whats the purpose of this??

they say to ensure that people are not carrying weapons, or bombs strapped under there

WTF !!!!noway noway noway
Camera 'looks' through clothing
A camera that can "see" explosives, drugs and weapons hidden under clothing from 25 metres has been invented.

The ThruVision system could be deployed at airports, railway stations or other public spaces.

It is based on so-called "terahertz", or T-ray, technology, normally used by astronomers to study dying stars.

Although it is able to see through clothes it does not reveal "body detail" or subject people to "harmful radiation", according to the designers.

"It is totally and utterly passive - it receives only," said a spokesperson for Thruvision.

The portable camera, which has already been sold to the Dubai Mercantile Exchange and Canary Wharf in London, will be shown off at the Home Office scientific development branch's annual exhibition later this week.

Body glow

Unlike current security systems that use X-rays, the ThruVision system exploits terahertz rays, or T-rays.

This electromagnetic radiation is a form of low level energy emitted by all people and objects.

These are able to pass through clothing, paper, ceramics and wood but are blocked by metal and water.

The system works by collecting these waves and processing them to form an image which can reveal concealed objects.

"If I were to look at you in terahertz you would appear to glow like a light bulb and different objects glow less brightly or more brightly," said the firm's spokesperson.

"You see a silhouette of the form but you don't see surface anatomical effects."

In addition, the system does not involve any of the "harmful radiation associated with traditional X-ray security screening", according to the firm.

The company has made previous versions of the camera, but the T5000, as it is known, is the first that works both indoors and out.

The system exploits technology originally developed at the government owned Rutherford Appleton Laboratory (RAL) in Oxfordshire.

"Astronomers use T-ray cameras that can see through dust and clouds in space, revealing what lies beyond," explained Dr Liz Towns-Andrews, of the Science and Technology Facilities Council which runs RAL.

Other terahertz systems, developed by companies such as TeraView, are used to probe the structure of pharmaceutical compounds.

Personally I think 10 years plus or minus is a good rule. But since I am 129 years old that leaves little choices. laugh

How is that going to work for someone who is 20 years old? or up to 27 years old?

http://www.answering-christianity.com/oral_sex.htm

1- Is oral sex allowed in Islam?
2- Sex of all types (intercourse and oral) is not allowed while women menstruating.

A member on my message board kept insisting on me writing an article about this topic for the sake of Muslim brothers and sisters who are about to get married and are curious about whether or not "oral sex" is allowed in Islam.

This is a fair question, and therefore, I will go ahead and answer it. Here is what Allah Almighty said in the Noble Quran:

"Your wives are as a tilth unto you; so approach your tilth when or HOW YE WILL; but do some good act for your souls beforehand; and fear God. And know that ye are to meet Him (in the Hereafter), and give (these) good tidings to those who believe. (The Noble Quran, 2:223)"

"how ye will" means that the husband can do anything graphical, including oral sex, with his wife's body as long as it causes her no harm. In other words, he can't jerk his way in unto her and say it is his right. Allah Almighty said in the same Noble Verse: "and fear God." A husband must fear Allah Almighty when he sleeps with his wife. He must make sure that she enjoys him just like he enjoys her. He can make love using his penis, fingers or tongue; what ever makes both spouses happy. Allah Almighty left the door wide open for the two spouses when He said "how ye will".

However, anal sex is not allowed between the two spouses.

Oral sex is okay, but the Koran draws the line at anal intercourse. The answer straight from an Imam.

Seriously I think that is left to open interpretation. Nowhere does it mention oral or anal. Just because someone said doesn't mean it is the right answer.
And what's up with instilling fear, instead of giving courage and strength, it always says fear this, fear that.

They use different languages, different names and different symbols to describe and explain these things; and it is only when they narrow- mindedly cling to their one way of seeing things that religious tolerance, pride and self-righteousness arise.

Imagine an Englishman, a Frenchman, a Chinese and an Indonesian all looking at a cup. The Englishman says, "That is a cup." The Frenchman answers, "No it's not. It's a tasse." The Chinese comments, "You are both wrong. It's a pei." And the Indonesian laughs at the others and says "What a fool you are. It's a cawan." The Englishman get a dictionary and shows it to the others saying, "I can prove that it is a cup. My dictionary says so." "Then your dictionary is wrong," says the Frenchman "because my dictionary clearly says it is a tasse." The Chinese scoffs at them. "My dictionary is thousands of years older than yours, so my dictionary must be right. And besides, more people speak Chinese than any other language, so it must be pei." While they are squabbling and arguing with each other, a Buddhist comes up and drinks from the cup. After he has drunk, he says to the others, "Whether you call it a cup, a tasse, a pei or a cawan, the purpose of the cup is to be used. Stop arguing and drink, stop squabbling and refresh your thirst". This is the Buddhist attitude to other religions.

I think it is not so much religion, but , fundamentalist , gaining more power than real muslim people.
Following is an example of how Fundamentalist take things too far.

She is the uprising star. She refused to change the dress in spite of threats to her life by Islamic Jihadists wanting her to play tennis in a dress that covers her whole body and face.

According to media reports, India's tennis sensation Sania Mirza will receive extra security after an Islamic group opposed to her on-court dress threatened to stop her from playing in next week's WTA event, police said on Friday.

Muslim clergymen have denounced the 18-year-old player for wearing skimpy skirts and colourful sleeveless tops on court, which they say are un-Islamic.

The teenager has emerged as one of India's most visible sporting icons following a sensational year in which she has climbed to 34 in the WTA world rankings.
The group, Jamaat-e-Ulema-e-Hind, has warned that its members would try to prevent Mirza from playing if she did not wear "proper clothes."

"What she wears offends Islam. She will be stopped from playing if she doesn''t adhere to it," Siddiqullah Chowdhry, the group's chief, told Reuters.
http://www.indiadaily.com/editorial/4607.asp

This news is an example of how fundamentalist spoil the religion for all. Compared to other tennis players the above mentioned tennis player doesn't even wear that much skimpy dresses and suck.
The fundamentalist expect her to play tennis in burka.

If you eat more than what you burn, you will gain weight. The aim is to burn more than what you eat.
Keep a calories count of how much you intake per day and how much you burn.
Number two as someone as already stated, stick to high rep, medium or low weight exercises, while doing weights, and do a lot of cardio. Lifting heavy weights at low reps is for people who wants to gain mass.
Oh and add protein to your diet, the trick is to get atleast half a gram of protein per a pound of body weight.
Never stretch before you work out, maybe few warms ups, but stretching before working out is a bad idea.
