Any loser is welcome to serve . The army is for the losers, the uneducated, the poor and the ignorant .

Losers are the people that call our military derogatory names.

offtopic

Especially when it's not to their face eh...drinker

Before I was allowed to serve I had to take an oath swearing to protect and defend the constitution of the United States of America. If they charge dude with treason along with his other crimes, that charge would fit the bill in my book.

That is exactly right, you take a very serious oath. To turn your back on your fellow soldier is a disgrace and he needs to be punished to the fullest extent. I hope it's the death penalty.

I wonder if this will cause our military to take another look at their policies concerning just who they allow to serve. I'm sure they want to be pc, just because it's easier to go along to get along but sheesh already...

Jesus would be my first choice, but I believe I'll get to meet him soon anyways.

Second choice would be Peter Sellers, or maybe Elvis if he's in a good mood.

Elvis had bad moods????

Heck yeah...I read once that he'd shot his tv on at least one occasion. Early on in his career he broke some guy's jaw in a diner for smarting off to his date. Later on though he had plenty of other types on the payroll for that (Memphis mafia). You just didn't get on his bad side... He'd go into a karate stance in a heartbeat. He bowed up on Richard cole (Led Zepplin's road manager), who's a rough character in his right, but ended up trading watches with him instead of kickin his azz...

RIP Elvis

haha only in America...and the neocons call us muslims uncivilized.

I don't think it's appropriate to say "only in America" when far far worse things happen in many other nations. Some of them being prominently Muslim...

It's also kind'a sick to laugh about it...imo

I would not say far worse. American can be just as brutal and unforgiving as other nations.

I have yet to see a public beheading in the streets or dead enemy combatants hung and lit on fire... Not to mention sanctioned beatings on young girls just for attending school.

I cannot believe someone mentioned America is as brutal as other Countries. noway That is disgraceful, knowing what other's go through in other Countries that don't happen here. Well they are not supposed to. http://www.nypost.com/p/news/national/dad_held_in_honor_killing_try_b7SXgcUozKVQCk486aYApL

What these boys did was horrible, the difference is the girl in America won't be punished with 200 lashes or execution. Let's not confuse the issue here and criticize America.

Noone criticized America so that is untrue.

We are human just like all other humans with the same tendencies to brutality as all humans in this world.

Understanding that we are the same humans as all other humans in the world is somehow UNAmerican?

Hmmm sounded like it to me! But whatevaslaphead

These boys need to be punished very severely for their horrible act. The people that watched should be ashamed and disgusted with themselves for watching this happen. frustrated

I agree on all counts. I also believe that parents of minors should have to face consequences as well... Someone "raised" these monsters...

I especially agree too on the "whateva" part concerning the dialog with with that particular poster.

I guess you do not remember our history here at all then.

Witch trials-women men children burned and drowned and other things
Slavery- dismemberment, deflowering of virgins, death at all ages, hangings where they burned them also, etc...
Placing people in an electric chair and frying them in the name of justice, sick
Etc...

That is only a few of ours.

Never think Americans are better than other in the world because we are not.

Whatever you want to think is fine by me, but you're talking about a past that's history, not having much to do with present day American sensibilities. If you want to condemn this nation, that's your right which has been bought and paid for by the sacrifice of others who DID believe it worthy and just...

Try going to almost any Muslim country and voicing an opinion that states they are evil and unjust, see where that gets you...

Sorry to the op for straying off the topic though...

Well, I'm not completey sure what they want but since I've heard tell that girls just want to have fun, and the best way to a man's heart is through his stomach, they might want to have fun performing unlicensed surgury on us...ohwell

imho that's basically good advice, but to me it's like a stop sign. Yes...you need to stop as a matter of course but there's no other guidance beyond just to stop and look both ways. Common senses yes, wisdom ? I'm not so sure...

but what do I know...

I feel that ultimately we all have the answers for ourselves if we truly want to know..it's just not an easy path so some may give in rather quickly...
change can be challenging.

I agree because I think my beliefs aren't just founded on what I've been told or what I've read, but rather they come from deep reflection and introspection, as well as taking the time to apply forethought about what I've experienced and observed so far...

Who's to say which paths are correct for anyone else but ourselves?

Yes, kudos on this post.

Not really... It's kind of like monkeys at the zoo... I don't throw peanuts at them and they don't stare at me while they pleasure themselves...
