I went and picked up three applications today and turned in one. Tomorrow I'm gonna go check on the other part of town and check the square and turn these in. Hopefully I get a call for all my efforts. Only McAllister's was actually hiring though.

No, he's not special needs. I talked to them about pediasure too cause he's always been in the 25 percentile range for his weight. They say it's ok because he's always been in the 90th percentile for height. I talked to my doctor and he didn't seem to think it was that big of an issue so I was like ok. Mainly I wanted it for nutrition because Matthew is really picky at times and won't want anything but his milk or he'll only eat crackers. He's a light eater and eats on the run lol.

I don't hold my breath but I was told by another mom that because it's tax time I probably will get a good lump sum of money. That's the only reason I have hope right now.

It's a good thing we have medicaid because Matthew had surgery at 7months so if I didn't have insurance or medicaid to pay it all you bet your bippy I'd be after him to help with that.

Wow that's a lot of info you got there Pacific and thank you for all that. I am on WIC and I do have Medicaid as does my son. I'm not in school this semester because my tuition from last semester isn't paid off. I only got $330 from Pell Grant and my A+ didn't pay because my GPA was too low. I got it up to a 2.1 but it has to be a 2.5 for A+ to pay. So I can't go to school until the tuition is paid off. I am looking for a job. I've applied 4 places and none of them called me in for an interview and all of them said they were hiring. I do live at home with my parents so they help me out but things are really tight cause there's 5 adults, a toddler, and a newborn. My sister works but she's on maternity leave right now so she only has what's left from her last paycheck. She does help me with diapers and wipes if I don't have money or if my parents can't get them. My mom pays on my tuition and my dad pays for my car. My sister gets WIC too. I might go apply for foodstamps though. I was denied before and I was an unemployed student then too.

Anyways, I'll check into some of the stuff you mentioned tomorrow but I need to get to bed for now.

Yeah, he was on enfamil lactofree formula as a baby and so they kept him on the lactose free whole milk once he switched. He was always really gassy and constipated as a baby so I figured it was from the lactose cause I've never been able to drink milk or handle much dairy. He's had 2% regular milk though so that's why I'm thinking of switching him cause he does fine with it.

Yeah, I've been on WIC since I got pregnant. It did help with formula. He's on lactaid milk now so I only get 1 gallon per check cause it's more expensive. I'm thinking of having them switch him to regular milk next month when he gets recertified so I can get more milk cause he drinks the half gallon in 2 or 3 days.

And he isn't paying. I haven't gotten a payment in 7months. I've been looking for a job but noone wants to call me in for an interview.

Well, I haven't gotten a payment since Matthew's birthday so I called about it and they said they thought he wasn't working and were going to send a address verification again. They did that and I got word that they finally verified it and Iowa decided to help and so an interstate case was opened. I was told to wait 6-8wks to call back again and it hasn't even been a month I don't think and I already got a letter.

Basically it says my records have been transferred to the collection services center in Iowa. Redirection of payment is 2/4/08. Total support ordered as of 1/19/08 is 2,809.86. The kicker: Reimbursement to the payee in a single payment of 2121.86! Let's just hope I get it lol.

I couldn't figure out where these amounts came from so I just did the math and the 2809.86 is what he owes me from what he already paid. For a year I should have gotten 4128 and he paid 1318.14 so that subtracted from the total amount is 2809.86

I just wish I was getting something from him. I told him as long as I was getting something I would file but he never contacted me so I filed and now he's not even doing his court appointed obligation. I'd be happy with $50/month at this point just so I could get diapers.

Woo Hoo I got my shower and Matthew stayed asleep in his own bed. I'm happy! I should get to bed now. I have to take my sister to the doctor at 1:30 tomorrow.

well it was all one thing with my grandpa. We had a visitation at the funeral home the day before in my grandparents city so that neighbors and such could go because the funeral was down in Arkansas so it was just family there with the exception of one old friend.

wow that's sad. I hope it's not outside. My grandpa's was. Luckily it wasn't horribly cold or snowing or anything but it was still cold.

Well I'm glad your daughter got herself straightened out. Sounds like she has a good head on her shoulders. My dad is my sons only male model too. Both of my grandpas passed away just a year ago. One on Dec. 30 and the other Feb 13. Matthew was only 4months so he won't remember either of them. He sure does love grandpa though, he loves to spend time with him and sometimes Grandpa is the only one that can feed Matthew or get him to sleep. I don't know what I'd do if I wasn't at home when Matthew gets like that lol.

Well thanks for the offer Chris. And Matthew's father isn't involved. He lives in Des Moines actually. Sounds like your daughter is doing really well. My GPA slipped to a 1.8 but I got it up to a 2.1 but that's still not high enough to get my tuition covered so I'm not taking classes right now. I'm thinking about being a wedding planner though so I wouldn't have to go to school any longer. There's just an 8-10wk course I'd do but it's as much as we owe on my tuition so I can't do it right now anyways. I've been looking for a job but never get called so it just really sucks.

And I'm in springfield.

We had a gas station attendant call the cops on us and then we got pulled over when we were like 15minutes from home, 30mins from where the gas station was lol. But anyways, the guy called the cops cause he saw my sister and her friend get out of the trunk. My mom and the other mom both got arrested and had to spend the night in jail. It was on the news with their mug shot and everything and they said that we were put in the trunk to fit bags from christmas shopping in the car lol! We didn't even have bags and we were in the trunk cause there wasn't room but the seats laid forward and so we had air. They were charged with child endangerment and half of the girlscout troop left my troop cause my mom was the head person. We laugh at it now.

Ohhh ok, well thanks for explaining that to me. I thought about joining a sorority but I didn't really get out on the social scene at campus, I was too busy playing on the computer and getting laid lol. I guess it's a good thing I didn't join one though since I left that school after freshman year after I got pregnant.

p.s my sons father is the only one I was getting laid by, I wasn't a college slut or anything like that.
