I have reviewed Mutual Matches, & I had a lady respond & i subsequently sent her an e-mail (message). My concern is one in which i previously sent an inquiry, that I haven't had a checkmark which shows my message was read, since January 26th.
My latest message was to a woman whom i know is a new member, & many of my messages when i joined justsayhi were consistently read. I'm wondering if I somehow erred (I don't know how)with respect to your policies, & for some reason, although after sending it says my message was sucessfully sent, they in fact are not. Since it has been 16 days since my last message was read, I'm beginning to wonder if there is some sort of problem.
The odds that it is due to your FAQ response with regards to my
querrie should not be the problem, and, again, the fact everything was fine previous leads me to think something is amiss. Please review my profile, which i have recently changed, & advise as to why my messages are not being read. Best regards, Kelly Kadla.
