I am sorry to hear about your dog, however I agree on the note of the
fact that it was all over the news, and unless someone lives where there
is no t.v, nor radio, internet, or newspapers, we all have heard about
it.
On the subject of suing, IMO, there is far to many people suing anybody
and everyone for anything and everything, the world would be bettter
without this going on as rampidly as it does, for gosh sakes seems like
people sue more than they change their dang underwear!
