I love your profile. I think it is great. One suggestion .... can you do something about your pic so that the top of your head isn't cut off? It makes you look bald.

Leave out "I concentrate a lot on my studies." It makes a person wonder if you have time to date.

Leave out "I live at home with my mom and grandpa and without them I would be lost." You sound like a little kid. Women don't want to date children.

Leave out " I have a part time job to help me pay my various bills and give me some spending money." You mention various bills .... it makes you sound like you are running up a lot of debts.

Leave out "I don't look for much in my possible girlfriend just for her to be respectful of me and trustworthy." You sound as if you are talking about a dog. Also, putting you don't look for much in a possible girlfriend makes you sound as if you'll take anything. No woman wants a guy who is willing to settle for anything. It is not flattering to her.

Last, how about posting another picture without the dog for your main photo? Not everyone likes dogs.

You need pictures of yourself if you are looking for someone to date. I don't have a real pic of myself since I am not looking to date. I am just here for the threads.

"Don't need a black man." The poster is referring to Obama's racism. Obama is making it clear he is black and once he gets into office, White America can go to hell. Personally, I would have posted "Don't need a racist black man."

"Hillary's husband will be running the USA." The poster is referring to the fact that if Hillary is elected it will be a Billary presidency. I agree.

"The troops are in Iraq, because they attacked us." The poster is referring to the aftermath of Sadaam.

"They're protecting our right to vote." The poster is talking about the troops protecting the freedom of the Iraq people and how our soldiers had to protect the people the first time they voted after Sadaam.

As you know Moore took words out of context and fit them to suit what he wanted to say. He also filmed people without their permission and on and on. I have a negatively strong opinion of the film based on co-workers telling me about it and also about what pundits on cable talk shows have said. Additionally, we all know what Moore is ..... anti-American, anti-Bush and anti-Military.

I feel the same way, but Obama will be the Democratic nominee for president. I do not think he will win against McCain, but he will definitely beat Hillary. My reasoning as to why Obama will be the Democratic nominee is that he is black and the Democratics are afraid not to give him the nomination, because of what will happen in the Black Community. There was a black woman who is backing Hillary on CNN tonight. She said that she, along with other blacks who are backing Hillary are being threatened. The threats are death threats and warnings that the black community will not re-elect any black official behind Hillary.

Yes, you are right in that one should speak from one's heart. However, I saw Obama speak and he didn't speak from the heart. He had a prepared speech that his staff wrote for him. If he had spoken from the heart, as you want politicians to do and rightly so, he wouldn't have needed notes and cards. He would have looked his audience in the eye and made them aware that he was speaking from his heart. Once again, he didn't do it. Obama is a phony and will say and do anything to become president.

So, we need to know the end of this soap opera. Did you divorce him because he ran for sheriff or did you divorce because of another reason?

Obama is a lying racist. First he claimed he never heard any of the racist anti-American rhetoric from Wright. Now he states he heard a few inflamanatory remarks from the Reverend.

A person is judged by the company he keeps. Obama chooses to align himself with a man who accuses white people of inventing AIDS to destroy blacks. Wright also says America deserves 9/11. Wright also states, "Never mind God bless America ... it is God damn America."

Do you really want our president to be Obama, a man whose spiritual advisor hates America? Additionally, did you hear Obama's speech? He talks about his "white grandmother who loves him as much as anything in the world and who helped raise him and sacrificied time and time again for him." And what does he do? He trashes her, or as the pundits have been saying, he threw her under a moving tractor trailer to save his political ass. Would you do that to your grandmother?

You talk about racism and how wrong it is. Why are you defending Obama? If you stand beside him, then you are as racist as he.

What is your opinion of Obama's speech? Do you believe him? Do you think he has a chance of becoming president, or do you feel the speech was inadequate?

I was blown away by the way he trashed his white grandmother. Here is the excerpt from his speech "I can no more disown the Rev. Wright than I can my white grandmother – a woman who helped raise me, a woman who sacrificed again and again for me, a woman who loves me as much as she loves anything in this world, but a woman who once confessed her fear of black men who passed by her on the street, and who on more than one occasion has uttered racial or ethnic stereotypes that made me cringe."

I find it very odd that Obama can remember these things about his white grandmother but cannot recall anything hateful the Rev. Wright said when his association with Wright has encompassed over 20 years. Also, what kind of a man throws his grandmother to the wolves in order to save his political career? Good grief, he admits his grandmother loves him as much as she loves anything in this world and has sacrificed again and again for him, but he trashes her in order to save his chances for the presidency. This man is beyond contempt. How many of you would toss your elderly grandmother in front of a moving train to save your ass? Of course, none of us do such a terrible thing. And this guy wants us to put him into the White House as our president? Come on! We can do a lot better than a man who has no loyalty to the grandmother that he admits helped raise him.

Incidentally, this episode about the white grandmother being racist is quite different in his book "The Audicity of Hope." In his novel grandmother is waiting for a bus and a very aggressive panhandler would not let up on her. Out of fright grandmother gave him a dollar since she feared he might hurt her, because the begger would not leave her alone. When she came home Obama knew something was wrong and she told him what had happened at the bus stop. Grandfather decided that from now on he would drive grandmother to the store so she wouldn't have to get the bus and deal with panhandlers ever again. Later Obama found out from grandfather that the man was black. As you read the passage in Obama's "The Audicity of Hope," you can see Obama turning the tale around to imply that grandmother is afraid of all black men. Read the book and you will see what I am talking about.

Additionally, I got the impression that Obama was defending his pastor and playing the race card by going on and on about slavery and the struggle of the black people. Also, the man read from cue cards and was looking at his notes. If he meant what he said, why didn't Obama look his audience in the eye? It is because he didn't mean a word of what he said .... a bunch of speech writers put the words on paper and he said them like a parrot.

Another point is that Obama stated Rev. Wright introduced him to the Christian Faith. Obama was a Muslim and became Christian, because he wanted to go into politics and felt he would have a better chance if he became Christian. Therefore, he picked a popular black church and aligned himself with it. He was very much aware of Rev. Wright's fiery racist rhetoric, but couldn't distance himself from the church since it would spoil his electability with the black community. However, have you noticed Obama's story is that he was an atheist before he became Christian? Sure, and I am really an elf and not a human being.

One last thought and that is, if Obama is elected president, guess who will be Spirtual Advisor/Pastor to the President? You guessed it Rev. Wright and believe me, he will influence Obama.

Hillary would be my choice since we know what she is about. However, I do not trust Obama now that this Wright business has come out. Our country has enough problems without electing a racist.

If you are serious and talking about yourself, keep that piece of information a secret until you date the woman a few times. That way she can judge for herself and realize that you are not a threat. However, if a guy told me upfront, I would run.
