hello/welcome.... so u know something about dogs?

my dobie x has osteoarthritis in his front legs, precisely in the foreleg, knee area which is swollen. i give him medicam,but it is hard on his kidneys or liver.
could you tell me what to do with this condition? he has a vet that has known him since he was a pup, but it is far away, and right now i can't get him over there.
all i do for him is when there is an onset of an attack, i give him a shot of "M", and then cover him up, soften up his bed, and in 48 hours, he is usually better. he licks the area that hurts, and moans quite a bit in his sleep. sometimes he cannot get up out of his kennel. then, i hear creaking noises like snapping and popping. his front legs are deformed, and he has a small curvature of the spine, and legs bowed out. so there is deformity and something called "wobbler's".

then, he has developed a few fatty and a couple of hard tumors. how do i find out what these are.
i don't think surgery is an option at his age of 13. thanking you,

well sometimes i do know some things. i just act like i am uncaring. but imagine if your husband said he still loved u, and up and married another woman. how would u feel?
there was one whole week of regret, hurt, and remembering the good times. then, i went out and got another dog. the dog does not demand dinner at 5:00. and he does not tap on my shoulder at midnight to do the dastardly deed. which some of u might not understand....boink when i want to sleep.

however, he(the dog) wants to eat when i eat, and let him out 2 pee or else. the dog's name is zorro.
