I have had a TRUE stalker.
He took a box cutter and ran it up and down my face, threatening to cut me. He said if he couldn't have me, no one else could. He wanted to cut my face into a thousand pieces so no one would ever look at me again. He followed me to school in the morning. He beat guys up that would look at me.  I filed police reports but eventually I had to move from NYC to California. He started getting more violent and wanted to kill me

Safe to say it depends on the individual BUT I did have this nice 19 year old man try to date me.
I didn't give him a chance because of his age.
I felt like I owed it to him to not to introduce him into a world where he had to grow up so fast.

The best advice I could give you is to make sure your FIRST is someone special in your life.
If one thing stands true, it's the fact people NEVER forget their first time. If you feel an uncontrolable urge to screw- at least make sure she is good to you and respects you enough to be patient and kind your first time. You don't want to look back and remember a woman that was insignificant and ended up making you feel rotten...

I thought that might need a flower after it for some reason... Well......I appreciate the flower after the explaination.....made it a LITTLE more palatable.... Well....I have been in a "volunteered for" exile of limbo since I filed for "legal separation". This state's lawmakers chose to make "separation from bed and board" a full year here in Louisiana. It seems that most ladies prefer the single studs that will "play you" for sex then dump you. Or give you a "love high" with sugar coated promises and then sit back and take you for granted. Or you have been burned in some other fashion so badly mentally....that a third degree burn couldn't compare. This "piece of sh*t" spent the last 4 years trying desparately to make things work, all the while being snubbed at every attempt. Over the last year the love was destroyed. So THIS year is the one that means starting over in ALL aspects!! One thing about THIS quasi-married guy.....none of you have ever seen or heard of me before OR on any OTHER dating site. Or any bars trying to hustle anyone. I've been a loyal, loving, sexually active, faithful, honest, and good providing husband for many years! And I'm curious if ANY of the ladies on here want more than that???? So I'm using this year to look....and meet people...and let people meet me....and those of you ladies who think it's wrong to even get to know someone in my situation....well then.....I wish you luck in your quest. Sorry....off the soapbox now...... My question to you would be why you feel the need to bring someone else into your world of “mess”?
Sounds like you need some time alone to either figure yourself out or just have SOME time to appreciate all the things you can accomplish building yourself back up. 
Don't get mad with anyone other than YOURSELF for trying to keep someone that didn't want you for the past 4 years. Be mad at yourself for wasting the time. People need to learn NOT to be where they AREN'T wanted!
Women/ Men, in general, don't want "baggage". - Whether it be emotional, mental ect...
A fresh start, with JUST you and me...not this other crap about "Oh, I can't tell my ex about you because I don't want to hurt her.....Oh, I don't want to get my ex angry because the divorce isn’t final...." and all the other ASSININE excuses made while trying to start a new experience with someone.
THIRD parties are NEVER wanted! Studs are not wanted either. 
...But then come the complaints that women are too "picky" 
-For the Love of Grease! Are you kidding me!>!? You're just getting your "feet wet" with the dating world and I don't think any woman in their right mind would want to be your "experimenting pool". You're a big boy...figure it out for yourself ***Off of my soap box*** Does any of this make sense? I don't mean it as a personal attack. I'm sorry if I have offended you.
