Falling in love is wonderful. We met after 7 months. And being apart can be healthy, because you actually have to talk before the meeting and before the physical takes place. When I met him at the airport, I knew everything about him mostly. He swaggered in, smiled and we just melted.
Compatibility helps. Once someone said to us "You are the same". We liked the same things, we both wrote poetry, could hold intelligent conversations, so we meshed well.
It is a huge gamble, but when you fit with each other, you simply fit. :hugging::heart:
But also be wary, distance can hide important things too...as I found out.
Yet I regret nothing :boom:

.

Thank you for sharing your story. smile2 I guess nothing is permanent, everything comes to an end eventually.

Dr Phil? The guy who makes money by exploiting his patients emotions to the millions of people?

I doubt if people on his show legitimately seek help? I find the show extremely bad. I imagine we are living in a dystopian society where people openly make fun of emotions of patients and the psychiatrist enjoys all this. Makes me sick.

I use turmeric powder in almost all dishes i eat at home. Its common in india. But is there any scientific evidence or research that states turmeric may reduce lung inflammation? Even if it does it would be just a therapy to relieve symptoms of the disease.

The official figures of infected people in india are low due to the very very low testing rate of the country. In total only some 60,000 people are tested so far. And out of those 60,000 around 2500 are tested positive. I estimate the real infected numbers to be around at least several millions, judging by the population of 1300 million people.

The virus is very contagious and it can survive up to days on any surface. I can't confirm this but the source was from one of the Researchers of WHO. If this is true, then most likely we will see majority of people infected because supply chains of goods and services would most likely be infected.

The internet age has given us ability to gain tremendous knowledge but also the circulation of fake new(sometimes a threat to life), propaganda, hate speech etc. Many people are sharing their own self made vaccine formulae from taking a hot gargle to kill the virus, or to eat specific plant to keep the virus away. I can only imagine how much these fake news would impact the lives of paranoid people when they don't seek medical care but these fake mantras from online gurus. Then there are some religious groups who preach people to end the lockdown in order to kneel before the lord in submission. I would support arrest of these people for making the life of entire human race in danger.

I also noticed Authoritative governments are doing better than other governments to contain the virus. Its something to do with law and order.

If we can all stay disinfected in our homes until a vaccine is tested and mass produced, we might as well make it. The situation is going to get worse by coming month i suggest everyone stock up medicines especially and some medical equipments just in case because in future it may not be available when several hundred millions are infected. The hospitals will be overloaded. The government would most likely tell citizens to keep themselves at home even if infected.

The governments will have to choose who gets to live and who gets to die. The bottom section of social classes would be first to die of virus. But there is a chance that they will not die vain and they may protest for healthcare as a right and law and order would be broken into chaos. I really hope this doesn't happen but if it happens then I hope we learn a lesson. Even with free healthcare, italy and spain couldn't stand a chance. Maybe we are too late now? There are reports of riots in italy already. Some anarchist groups are coming into light.

Stay safe everyone and Lets keep our mind sane in this lockdown by being on here sharing our thoughts. :thumbsup_tone1:

The Balrog

Balrogs, also known as the Valaraukar, were Maiar that were seduced and corrupted by Melkor into his service.

Third Age

In TA 1980, a Balrog awoke in Moria when the Dwarves had mined too deep for Mithril. It drove the Dwarves out of their home and slew King Durin VI, and the Balrog was thereafter called "Durin's Bane".

During the War of the Ring, the Fellowship of the Ring passed through Moria and encountered Durin's Bane, which pursued them to the Bridge of Khazad-dûm. Gandalf the Grey fought the Balrog, allowing the Fellowship to escape Moria. Both fell into the abyss, but the battle continued at the peak of Zirakzigil. Finally, it ended, but both Gandalf and Durin's Bane were slain in the process. Gandalf was later "sent back" by the Valar, as Gandalf the White.

A single Balrog, who became known as Durin's Bane, alone managed to drive the Dwarves of Moria from their ancient and supremely fortified nation-state, which was at the time the greatest kingdom of Dwarves that had ever been. It also contended with Gandalf, and shattered the side of a mountain with physical might alone. The Balrogs were considerably bodily agile, such that their passing is once described as a “tempest of fire”.

In other writings, Balrog is derived from ñgwalaraukô ("demon").

Wait.. I never understood how did gandalf returned as gandalf the white? Was he killed in his battle with balrog? He just claimed he was reborn.

I liked all of them, but I liked watching "Return Of The King" the most. lot's of high points, and lot's of "how are they gonna get outa this" type stuff.

excellent FX effects as well.

Agreed :thumbsup_tone1: "Return of the king" was definitely the best of trilogy. Epic battles and epic twists.

I honestly didn't perceive any part of the trilogy as scary. It was intense in some scenes like how sam and frodo were able to destroyed the ring in the end even when all odds were against them and hope was lost.

i generally viewed the movies a epic fantasy tales which gives a feeling of adventurous journeys of life. The hobbits are truly a fascinating and strong willed race.

At one point in my life i was very fascinated and curious about ghosts. I would read alot of incidents about them on internet. Somewhere back of my mind i wanted to believe in them yet my morals wont let me believe in them without experiencing any sort of proof.

Then one day i experienced something which i couldn't explain at that moment but later i realized it was all a misunderstanding of situations and there were never ghosts. I even went to cemetery to spend the whole night. It was a mass cemetery of british troops from ww1 era in northern india. I heard nothing but owls hoot and I stayed there until sunrise. I watched the beautiful sunrise sitting on top of a grave of unknown soldier.

Yes, I found love on Mingle2. It takes patience and a whole lot of communication....and money for Immigration.
Money would be a big factor and then there's a fear of all that money going to waste in case things don't work out well when the couple meet up. But still would be worth a shot i guess.

It is possible of course. There are many many stories to cover for this topic.

You can video call and express your emotions through facial features which will make you understand each other more better. You can laugh together with someone on internet. When you're sure you like that person you can make your mind to go visit them and take it from there.

I guess people are just shy or they don't want to put much effort into an "Online" thing. Probably they associate it as something which would never be real. But that's false. I am sure even on mingle2 some people actually met and perhaps they even found love.

I don't think either USA or people's republic of China started this virus as a biological weapon. The virus originated naturally. It virus harms both the countries and it leads to recession which neither of the side wants. China is dependent on USA as much as usa is dependent on china. The economies are interconnected and if one falls it creates a ripple effect.

Pointing fingers at each other won't help. The pandemic is a global issue and we all must co- operate and help each other with equipments and supplies if needed. China has already sent its supplies and equipment to E.U and I guess to americans as well.

The virus could originate anywhere on the globe. Had it been originated in USA not much people would be racially discriminating americans or blaming them for the outbreak.

Nope!

Just watch Altered Carbon if you want some insight as to what someone gets up to when they have literally done everything because they are so old.

That's interesting. Are you sure there are limited this things to do in this planet? We haven't even explored our own planet fully let alone the entire galaxy. Our adventures may never end if we are to live forever. There are infinite things to do, that's how vast reality is.

Yes, but not in this reality.

Is there any other 'reality'? If we actually define reality.
