i recently quite smoking, it has been 3 weeks since i have touched a cigerette. I am am strong willed so, i just stopped on my own with no help and i didnt even have the nasty mood swings..yay me..lol Yay for you!!! I'll be pullin for ya to make it all the way! thank you
