It is a proven fact that the teenage brain is not fully developed. And if they weren't criminals when they went to an adult facility, they will be when they get out. JMO if they werent criminals they wouldnt be in the facilities anyhow.

all i am trying to say we arent here to judge someone because we may not agree.. and i agree upon this...not every one will agree and there is always 2 sides to a story..i always way them both..obviously not in that thread because i totaly miss read it... how so?
