As much as I wish I could say that you have a great point, I cannot go to his best friend. The Saudi culture is harsh like that. The moment I leave my husband's side is the day Omar is closed from my life completely of his own volition. It is a heart-breaking sacrifice I have to make. And I have to accept the consequences. Having lived in Riyadh for two years, I can say that I empathize. Definitely a different culture. Whatever path you take, I wish you well.

So many times I have wished I was married to his best friend Omar instead. Omar and I have so much in common and we are always laughing and teasing each other as if we had known each other our whole lives. There is no time like the present HE. I lost my best friend of 12 years over the girl who turned out to be the love of my life, and we had a couple of years filled with happiness. Was it worth losing my best friend? Absolutely. The only thing holding any of us back from living the lives we truly want is fear. Fear of hurting others, ourselves, fear of failure, fear of the unknown, and fear of heartbreak. I say ditch that miserable ******* of a husband and choose a path that will bring you joy. If I may be so bold.

Who Wants War With Iran?
|

No one wants war with Iran and there will be no war with Iran. Iran will only have their nuclear development sites bombed out of existence unless they verifiably cease enrichment activities. There will be no troops and no fighting. Just a smoking hole where centrifuges and reactors used to be. But it does not have to be that way. All Iran has to do to avoid conflict with the rest of the world is to give up on having their own centrifuges to enrich nuclear material to bomb grade. They have been offered multiple times pre-enriched material as well as having others re-process for them both much easier and cleaner than pursing the work themselves. But they clearly want to have the ability to enrich to bomb grade despite having signed international agreements that they would not do this. And they lie and conceal their nuclear bombmaking activities. All they have to do is stop their nuclear bomb making activities. If they continue to insist on trying to develop nuclear weapons then they will certainly be stopped by force. They have known this all along. I don't feel sorry for them. They have made their own choices. I do feel sorry for the innocent citizens of Iran who have to live under the thumb of their idiotic theocratic militant Islamic rulers. 
Iran's choice. Replace the word Islamic with the words 'Fundamentalist Christian' and that last line describes our government just as well. Of course that's just a front to keep dumbass middle America voting and not pointing all those guns in the wrong direction. Namely, at the tired old puppet memes we call elected officials. IMHO. |

You gave me more happiness in our years than I've ever felt. I never appreciated that until it was gone. For your patience and un-self-conscious love, thank you. For all of the nightmares you talked me down from... Words will never fully express how thankful I am to have had and held you in those dark times. Our love was real and for a time, the only thing that mattered in my world. I never meant to lose sight of that. Admitting that it was gone from me is truly the ****ing hardest thing I have ever had to do. I would have given anything just to be able to feel that warmth again. Nothing feels right now. I do love how men these days consider someone as voluptuous and healthy as Marlyn still "fat." Please grow the phuck up. Real women, the AVERAGE woman really don't deserve this treatment. She was gorgeous! A girl friend of mine asked me recently if I would rather be with Marilyn or Jennifer Anniston - not even a question. Hollywood thin is usually emaciated and gross. Granted, obesity is not attractive either. To either extreme, people will judge based on what is commonly agreed upon by *sane* people to be unhealthy. When unhealthy weight problems are the first impression, you can't expect anyone (given that, at our core we are still animals and subject to instinctual drives like our less *intelligent* co-habitants of the planet) to ignore their honest reaction to you. That would be dishonest and fake. Granted, we are blessed with subjective reasoning (most of us anyway) and taste is absolutely subjective to a point. That being said, I like a girl with some meat on her bones - not unhealthy levels of fat, but healthy and beautiful. Average is sexy.
