lol. Yea, my 13 yr old has a new "girlfriend" every week. The problem with us old people, is we know too much. When youre 12 it only matters that hes cute and hes in your 5th period class. As an adult, he has to have a job, be responsible, sensitive but not a wuss, have his own place, car, like kids, be kind to animals, recycle, drink occasionally but not too much, brush his teeth at least 3 times a day.....

Have you noticed a greater appreciation for your own parents now that you have kids. Me and my mom were always at odds, I swore Id move out and forget who she was. Shes my best friend and we work togehter and I NEVER pass up an oppertunity to tell her I appreciate her. Thats what I look forward to when things get tough with my kids.
