i was trying to sleep, i got to drop in an application for a job tomorrow, & anyway i was only the other side of the room, i never go far from my family's main comp, due to the server acting up every so oftain & so my sister always wakes me up coz I'm the only one that seems to know how to fix it. the main comp is the server for the family's tinternet & Internet, most of my family just use there laptops to go on the net (when the server is working)

i tried for 20 min but still can't get too sleep, when i was almost there my imagination thought up nasty stuff like aliens sticking there claws through my head when i was asleep or robbers braking in & beating me up /killing me. what do you do when you can't sleep due to an over active imagination?

I'm sorry, I have no idea what that means 
hyper is when my (or any other diabetics) blood glucose is above 7 mmol/L, this can have long term complications, the worst of them (in my opinion) is having the legs cut off due to them dieing & roting (the legs not the person), hypo is when blood glucose is below 4 mmol/L witch can have short term side affects such as headaches, blurred eye sight, falling into a coma. the normal range for a human to be in is between 4 & 7 mmol/L |
