First take 2 3" square salmon fillets. Place in small baking dish spray dish with Canola oil cooking spray. Place fillets with skin side down. Sprinkle with lemon pepper. Bake at 350 for 30 mins. In a sauce pan take rotell (hot or mild), add 1 tblsp of tomato paste stirring in. I like rotell because it has everything in it already. Add cooked at least 1 cup shrimp (larger than popcorn size) and at least 1/2 cup of crab meat or to your taste. Simmer until thoroughly warmed through. Take fillets out and place on plate. Spoon shrimp and crabmeat creole sauce over fillets and serve with your choice of steamed veggies yummmmmm.

I don't know why I'm single! I work hard, I pay my bills, I am intelligent and very independent. I have to be independent because I never had anyone around to do things for me. I work on my pickup truck from changing the waterpump, alternator, thermostat to brakes to a flat tire. I find that guys want a woman that is on the feminine side. Guys don't want someone who knows more about fixing a vehicle than they do. I am more of a tomboy. I grew up on a dairy farm so go figure!

I completely understand where you are coming from! I am the youngest out of 11 in my family. We used to have the huge tree that my dad would bring in and my mom and I would decorate. Everyone would come over, mom would cook we would all sit down and eat then go into the living room and open our presents. The boys or uncles would come over for deer hunting. In 1988 my father passed away from heart failure, we buried him on Christmas Eve, my mother is now 89 and sits in a wheelchair all day and I will have to go and get her so she will eat and she doesn't cook anymore. I only get presents for my son. In August my 23 year old daughter went missing I still haven't heard from her. People tell me Merry Christmas I look at them and say "Baaaa Humbug" Yes I understand completely where you are coming from!

Or What I like is that you email someone tell them that you think that they have a great picture and that you are intrigued by their profile and they don't even send you a Thank You!!! That is just plain no manners!!!

To make another kind of lasagna Follow most of Kens Barbie's recipe but instead of spaghetti sauce just use a good tomato sauce and instead of Monterey Jack cheese use Mozarella Cheese. Officially the recipe calls for Ricotta Cheese, cottage cheese and Mozarella Cheese with parmesan cheese sprinkled on top.

I usually add to my goulosh along with the beff a roni style a can of corn, peas, diced tomatos and garlic. Try topping it with shredded mozarella cheese mmm hmmm good!!
