i dont think they are ever "in love" untill they actually meet
infatuated , in lust or addicted to them yes but not "in love" or they are "in love" with who they think that person is or who they want them to be |

I dont know if the OP is referring to anyone specific or not. But in my time online i have seen god knows how many couples declaring love for eachother, only for 5 minutes later to find out that they now hate eachother because one of them did something in that time to change everything. Some people dont even get to the stage of being in an online romance(which is below REAL love), there is a step before that i call 'forum love'. These are ususally the most gut wrenching of couples. its funny how they fall out of love when they meet |
