Like all frontier hamlets, Donashey had a small tennis court set just to the south of the living area. Intended for daylight use of
course, this court had two determined players.

Wendy and Janet were old school friends who were far too busy for daytime games. They knew the old trick of inserting a plastic card into the lock and opening the gates.

Carrying lanterns that night the two players prepared to play their own grand final. For them, it would be their last.

“How many sets should we play?”

Janet thought it over quickly.

“How about one?”

Wendy nodded as they both stepped out onto the dark court carrying their bright lanterns.

When Janet reached her baseline, she bounced the ball thrice before throwing it skyward and smashing the serve. Wendy countered with a backhand shot and Janet struck back.

Wendy had to run to collect but Janet’s drop shot caught her lifelong friend out.

“That’s one to me.”

Wendy laughed, collecting herself as Janet prepared for her second serve.

She watched Janet for a second before an ace whizzed straight past.

“Oh come on!”

Janet giggled with pleasure knowing full well that the game was hers.

They changed ends and Wendy served. She smashed the yellow ball, expecting no return play but Janet got to it just in time. As the ball returned, Wendy played forehand that Janet smashed back.

Wendy smashed back but her friend had seen that one coming. She collected and sprinted towards the net before knocking the reply towards the asphalt court.

“Three to me,” Janet boasted as Wendy’s shoulders drooped.

Wendy decided to try something different for a change. She served before running at the net. Janet countered this crazy bravado by tipping the ball over her head and yelling, “Four!”

Wendy was really annoyed as they changed ends.

“You could at least give me a chance.”

Janet shook her head firmly.

“You must be joking. I was school champ remember. I have a reputation to protect.”

Janet now knew only two points was needed and tossed the ball very high. As it dropped, she smashed an ace leaving Wendy nonplussed.

“Five!”

Now Janet screwed her eyes and readied herself for the final game. She smashed it softer and Wendy collected easily. As it swung back, Janet did a backhand smash to the right and Wendy stretched.

Luckily, the racket connected and the ball whizzed back. Now Janet stretched sending her friend to the left. Sadly for her though, the ball went right and Janet leaped at once in joy.

“Six naught!”

“Oh I’ve had enough!”

As the friends shook hands at the flimsy net, an unexpected handclap took them by surprise.

“Well done,” Trayhas muttered creeping forward.

“Where did you spring from?” Wendy asked noting the darkly clad companion.

“We popped in to watch of course. Hope that you don’t mind.”

“Tennis lovers?” Janet queried.

“Always,” Hollandia replied as they reached the two doomed women.

“Perhaps we could play doubles?” Wendy suggested.

Trayhas shook his head.

“We are not as good as you two. I think my partner has a much better suggestion.”

Hollandia stared at him and said involuntarily, “I do?”

“Of course my love. Show them what you can do eh?”

Hollandia saw the two players stare and decided to go for broke.

“Hand me a racket then.”

Wendy handed it over and watched as Hollandia crouched.

“What the hell are you doing?”

Hollandia gave no reply as the racket vanished beneath her dark, sequined dress.

“You're not riding that are you?” Janet asked.

Wendy managed to insert the handle into herself, and slowly rose and fell as the players looked on in shock.

“That’s perverted!” Wendy called out.

“Just watch,” Trayhas suggested. “It gets far more interesting.”

The women did not know where to look as Hollandia rose and fell against the stiff metal. She squeezed her inner, ribbed cage as fluid dripped onto her upper thighs.

“Oh this feels damn good.”

“I’m not watching this,” Wendy said.

As she turned, Trayhas stopped her.

“I would stay if I were you.”

“Watch that hoar screw herself?”

“Why not,” he replied. “This is the highlight of your match.

Janet took her friend’s arm and said, “I find it interesting.”
Wendy looked on shocked.

“You a ruddy lessee then?”

Janet was about to reply when Hollandia moaned loudly.

“Show me your damn dick Trayhas!”

The vamp pulled his dark cloak back and his erect member came into full view.

“Oh sh..!” Wendy gasped as she gazed upon the firm, but rather unmanly piece of flesh.

“Toss yourself dam it!”

Trayhas needed no urging. He grasped the rod and swiftly pulled at the hellish foreskin. The two women seemed frozen in time, eyes now locked towards that dark purple head.

Hollandia rose and fell rapidly attempting to climax at the same time as he. Fingers now swept across her own hard knob as Trayhas
moaned at last.

“I’m not watching these perverts!” Wendy said breaking free at last.

Janet did not move as her friend headed for the changing room. Her eyes were locked upon those slithering fingers, that trembling carrot of flesh.

Trayhas however was fully aware of the attempted escape. He redoubled his fingers until a bright green fluid spewed from the single eye just as Hollandia peaked.

She fell upon her back, dragging the dress well above her cold, dead thighs. She pumped the handle hard as if life depended upon it as Trayhas moaned before rising toward the night sky.

Wendy had almost reached the changing rooms when he dropped down in front of her.

“Going somewhere are we?”

Wendy froze at the obviously inhuman movement.

“What are you?”

Trayhas smiled.

“Denizens of the night my dear. You know what? It’s supper time.”

Wendy stared in horror as he drew back the black cloak.

“I’ve seen larger ones on a gnome.”

Trayhas laughed it off.

“I wonder what lies beneath your tennis skirt?”

“You’ll never know buddy.”

Trayhas suddenly knelt and hauled the white skirt down. Before Wendy could react, the panties had been dropped too.

“Hmm. Plenty of hair then.”

Wendy moved her hands over the private part as the creature stared.

“There is no point trying to escape my dear. Sadly your time is up.”

“What do you mean by that?”

Trayhas smiled coldly and suddenly reached for her long hair. He managed to pull her down and stuffed the dick inside her gaping mouth.

“Now that’s a little better my dear.”

Wendy gagged as the animal thrust his hips forward, driving his dick to the rear of her throat.

Wendy whimpered as savage fingers clawed at her hair, holding the head firmly in place.

“Now suck me *****!”

Wendy tried, she really did, but the organ was now cutting off that vital supply of air. She started turning blue as Trayhas drove himself further forward.

“A little more I think!”

He thrust one last time as Wendy passed into history. Rather disgusted now, he snapped her neck before turning toward his dark and evil wife.

“Finished her off?”

Hollandia rose from the dead woman and adjusted the dress.

“I suffocated her with my fanny. Simple really.”

Trayhas smiled and lifted his arm as she approached.

“We still should feed though. Playing with these two has given me quite an appetite.”

Hollandia smiled as they transmuted, leaving the two players to the insects, and of course the police.

Their travels did not go far though. As the bats swung through that truly awful night, a distant cry caught their attention. They swooped and saw the mother upon the street, attempting to quiet her newborn.

“There there...”

Trayhas landed first and startled her.

“That is no way to treat kids.”

The woman looked up.

“Where the hell...?”

Hollandia suddenly landed, grabbing her from behind.

“Shut up *****!”

She pushed her fingers into the mother’s throat, ripping the flesh apart as he lifted the newborn gently.

“A light snack my dear.”

Hollandia threw the dying woman aside and slobbered.

“Do we dare?”

He glanced around.

“Why not? Join me in a new feast.”

Hollandia moved forward as Trayhas turned the babe over. Presented with the soft buttocks, she licked a finger and drove it deep into the fundament.

The babe squealed in pain as she felt for an organ. Gripping the living viscera tightly, she pulled it free and sucked the living blood.

Trayhas laughed at the sight. He laughed, even though his infernal history strongly suggested that this immoral act was wrong.

Even as the babe died, he laughed. As Hollandia licked her grotesque lips, he twisted the young head off the shoulders and drank the cooling fluid.

A green light slowly appeared at the west of this Canadian frontier town. A strange figure emerged and gazed around.

“It seems that Dyan missed me for a change. To hell with the timeline!”

He reached inside his yellow cloak and pulled out his prong shaped device. Examining the read out he hissed.

“Something is damn wrong here. What do you mean negative energy?”

Jerrix the cat put it back inside his deep pocket, his paw fingering the golden throat clasp.

“Something terribly wrong here. It’s definitely dark. Negative energy...Hmm...”

He stood and scratched at his deep brown fur. His cold blue eyes drifting off into eternity.

“You know Jerrix; you can be such a clot! That device detected negative life energy and we all know what that means...Vampires!”

The cat turned, the yellow cloak swaying in the cold breeze over his five foot frame.

“I’m damn glad Tarra ain't here! Those ruddy creatures are in trouble now...”

He saw the darkness of the unlit streets but his superior blue eyes penetrated even that.

“Instinct tells me that trouble lies this way.”

Jerrix shrugged his shoulders and marched off.

Stephanie had given her police statement hours after her stepsister had failed to return. She had a deep impression however that her tale had not been believed. When the young detective had asked, “Did she really leave in her nightdress?” Stephanie had simply shouted back.

Now she sat in that dingy cafe, silently supping at the thin beverage that gave coffee a bad name.

When the homeless man entered, the proprietor rolled his eyes and said loudly, “We don’t want your sort in here.”

The homeless man shook his head to go when Stephanie called him over.

“Ignore that ponce sir. Fancy a warm coffee?”

The gent thanked her and sat quietly as a waitress took the order.
As for the owner, he decided to turn a blind eye.

“I’ve seen you about,” Stephanie muttered as he supped slowly.

The gent looked terribly nervous and nodded.

“I seem to have the mark of death upon me.”

“What a strange thing to say.”

The homeless man lowered his voice sharply.

“That woman who was killed had spoken to me.”

Stephanie had read the paper but clearly remembered no mention of her guest.

“You were a client?”

“Of course not. She simply invited me into her home.”

“Did you tell the authorities?”

“You bet I did but they simply accused me of lying. So be it.”

He supped once more and gazed into her soft eyes.

“You seem to have lost someone too.”

Stephanie was surprised by his observation.

“My step sister has vanished.”

The gent folded his hands upon the dirty table and nodded.

“You had better unburden yourself.”

She told the story slowly as he listened with mounting alarm. When she finished he whispered, “You never saw who this boyfriend was?”

“I had no idea that she had one sir.”

“That makes sense I suppose.”

“What do you mean by that?”

“Perhaps someone other worldly took her.”

She almost laughed at the suggestion.

“It’s no laughing matter mam,” he insisted. “These murders are certainly unusual.”

“Obviously the work of a nutter.”

“What about the savagery or missing blood for that matter?”

“Definitely a nutter.”

He tended to disagree.

“I am starting to think where they could be resting.”

“You are talking as if we are dealing with vamps.”

“I think the evidence is rather overwhelming.”

She felt rather uncomfortable at this unwelcome suggestion.

“I don’t see your stake or hammer either.”

He smiled.

“I prefer to use whatever’s at hand.”

“So where would they be sleeping then? The graveyard?”

The homeless man smiled.

“I considered that of course. However I kept a watch and no one turned up.”

Stephanie had not accepted his outlandish theory but decided to push on.

“Have you checked out that old place?”

The gent knew where it was but shook his head.

“That is far too obvious mam. We are talking about reality not a
Hollywood blockbuster.”

“If I was one of those that is exactly where I’d go.”

He nodded and finished the dark fluid.

“Fancy tagging along?”

Stephanie took his hand and asked, “You really think my sister is with him?”

The gent became deadly serious.

“If she is my dear, she won’t be human anymore.”

Stephanie understood that and followed him out of the door and into the cool afternoon sunlight.

The walk north was over quite quickly and the new friends stood staring at the old porch with more than a little trepidation.

“It looks really spooky,” Stephanie muttered.

“They should have pulled it down years ago,” he replied. “You coming then?”

She smiled and led the way to the front door. When she pushed, it swung open with a loud creak. She crept inside, coughing as the dust rose around her.

“No one seems to be home.”

The gent closed the door quietly and gazed around. His eyes fell upon the deadly stairs as she walked toward the closed Dutch windows.

“No furniture I see.”

“Let's check up there,” he suggested.

She saw the steps and shuddered.

“Are they safe?”

“Safe enough for our purpose. Just be damn sure that you want to see this.”

“I figure the upstairs is empty.”

He gave her a strange look and realised something.

“You are only humouring me?”

“We don’t have blood drinkers in Canada.”

He grinned and started climbing the old stairs slowly. As Stephanie walked toward him, her shoe just missed the child’s corpse hidden under the dust.

“Take care,” he whispered. “The second step looks about to go.”

She avoided it as he reached the upper floor and breathing heavily gazed at the bedroom door.

“We had better look in here first.”

“You go first then,” she replied.

He took hold of the knob and gently edged it open. Despite the obvious gloom, he poked his head through and gasped.

“There are two of them lying upon the sheets.”

He pulled his head back as she shivered.

“Are you sure?”

He gave her a filthy look that broached no argument.

“You better stay here.”

She shook her head and moved to have a peek. As her eyes locked upon the bed, a whisper escaped her throat.

“Oh Hollandia...”

“That’s your step sister?”

She was trembling now.

“That dark dress is new, but yes.”

He gave her a rather sad look.

“You do know what has to happen?”

“You really want to smash their chests?”

“I have no choice mam. These dark fiends have to be dealt with.”

The un-named homeless man edged through the gap gingerly as Stephanie made her decision. He was rather surprised when she followed at last.

He gazed upon the sleeping couple. The bodies perfectly still, the dark dress refusing to move. The gent lay wrapped within the dark cloak, seemingly unaware of the mortals.

“I need a damn shard of wood.”

He dashed across the floor, eyes searching for the appropriate weapon as she gazed upon her sleeping sister.

Stephanie edged forward to the side of the bed as the desperate search continued.

She had only just arrived when Hollander’s eyes flashed open.

“Oh Ch...!”

The hunter swung around as Trayhas and his evil bride sat bolt upright.

“Get out now!” the gent screamed but it was far too late for that.

Trayhas reacted at once, leaping up and wrestling the hunter to the dust smothered floor.

Hollandia grabbed her sister’s arm tightly and said, “You really should not have come here dear.”

Trayhas pinned his enemy down, his agile mind swamping the mortal’s thoughts. When his eyes glazed over, he stood at last.

“What have you done to him?” Stephanie demanded.

“Made him a little less dangerous that is all. Hollandia, bring her here.”

His dark bride pulled the woman over, as the hunter stood perfectly motionless.

“What do you want to do to them?”

Trayhas glared at her.

“What do you think my love? They dared to interrupt our rest.”

Hollandia grabbed her sister strongly and offered her to Trayhas.

He looked over that clothed body and savagely ripped the loose blouse from her body. As the white bra was ripped off, he smiled at the exposed mammary glands.

“Quite a handful I see.”

“It runs in the family!” Stephanie snapped.

He ignored this and opened the jeans like the expert he was. The mortal tried struggling but sadly in vain. As the hips were cruelly exposed, the panties were drawn down.

Trayhas gazed upon the shaven pudenda and nodded to his bride. She suddenly pulled Stephanie down as the hunter dropped his drawers.

“You should watch this demonstration of vampiric power my dear.”

Hollandia held her down as the hunter knelt between those thighs, jerking himself hard.

“Stop this!” the mortal screamed.

“It’s a little late for that sister.”

She tried to close her legs but the hunter was ready now and lifted her supple bottom before pushing right inside her taught womb.

The creatures watched as he shafted her strongly, wondering perhaps whether to join in.

The hunter was gasping, obviously the time leg affecting any ability to hold back. As Stephanie lay there with eyes closed, the hunter climaxed all too soon.

“It seems to be over,” Hollandia pointed out.

Trayhas smiled rather cruelly.

“Not quite my love.”

He gazed hard at the hunter, who responded by gripping Stephanie’s throat tightly. Those fingers tightened rapidly and she was throttled.

“Sadly that was necessary,” Trayhas explained.

Hollandia did not care now. Her sister was dead as the hunter stood once more.

“Now my dear, take him out.”

The dark temptress who now loved depravity and warm blood smiled at the completely hypnotised victim. She advanced coldly and knelt before him.

Her cruel but cold mouth opened to engorge his reeking member. Her teeth scraped across the sensitive skin before suddenly biting down.
Hollandia spat it out as a fountain of blood spewed out. Her hungry mouth opened to receive that living fluid until the old, homeless hunter collapsed upon that dust covered floor.

“We should get rid of them,” Hollandia commented standing up.

“I know a perfect place,” he replied

Tarra placed her hands over her young eyes as Jerrix glared around.
He suddenly dashed to a side control bank and threw a switch. This brave act deactivated the laser weaponry.

The security guard moved to arrest him but a couple of well-aimed blows knocked him to the floor.

“Now captain get us out of here,” Jerrix demanded.

The captain looked at him coldly.

“You wouldn’t dare sir.”

Jerrix moved a finger over the opposite button.

“Try me. One push and I cut the power system.”

Tarra removed her hands.

“Now you have got him.”

The captain realised he was deadly serious as the security officer picked himself up.

“Take us into orbit,” the captain ordered. “Will that suffice sir?”

“Not quite. Before we leave, I’ll wreck your weaponry for good. You will have to head home for repairs.”

“What business is this of yours?” the captain demanded. “You are not from Earth.”

“Oh I know that captain. I just can’t stand bullies.”

As he spoke, the alien craft rose into the atmosphere, willing itself into low orbit. Jerrix pulled out his fork shaped device as
Tarra joined him.

“Your superiors will be angry with you,” Jerrix told him.

“We will simply send another craft sir. This station must be put out of action. Nothing will change that.”

Tarra turned to her companion.

“Perhaps we should negotiate?”

“What do you mean by that?”

She whispered one word into his fluffy ear.

“Headline.”

He screwed his nose and scratched his ear lightly.

“Perhaps I can help you captain without having to destroy the place.”

The skipper left the pilots and joined them.

“You have a suggestion sir?”

“I won’t damage your ship if you swear to give me time.”

The captain thought it over.

“How long till station activation?” he called out.

“Three days sir,” a pilot replied.

“That is your time limit sir. After that I start blasting.”

Jerrix nodded and removed his paw from the panel. Then he said, “If I were you, I would relocate to high orbit. In about six minutes the ISS will collide with you.”

He took his companion’s hand and walked back to the lift, leaving a very grateful captain.

As they entered the ship once more Tarra asked, “Can you trust him?”

“He is the captain Tarra. Of course I trust him.”

“Obviously you have a plan.”

Jerrix smiled.

“I always have one. See that drawer over there? Get me the keyboard please.”

She did as asked, and handed the device over.

“I take it the aerial transmits a signal?”

“It certainly does Tarra. Now I enter the appropriate coordinates like this, and voila.”

He handed the keyboard back and she placed it carefully within its home.

She saw him padding across to the east statue and activate the drive system. This time the craft shook with displeasure, and Tarra felt pretty unsafe.

The shaking soon stopped and Jerrix grinned.

“Worried were you?”

“I nearly lost my lunch thanks.”
---
When she stepped outside it was dark. A full moon hung overhead in a clear, crisp sky.

“You took us through time,” Tarra commented.

“That is why the ship shook. It’s not really designed to carry out such a manoeuvre.”

“So where are we?” she asked looking at the bushes.

“Just a stone’s throw from the research station. That ship arrives in about ten hours.”

“Jerrix. That will change the timeline.”

“On this occasion we have to Tarra. I don’t like it either but we have no choice.”

He dashed off and stopped at a metal fence. Deploying his device, he cut his way through until they both slipped inside the outer perimeter.

He checked for alarms before dashing across the grassy ground towards a side door.

“Now comes the tricky part Tarra. This may get rather hairy.”

“I’m with you,” she replied. “Just do the best you can.”

He smiled.

“Just hold my paw will you.”

As she did this, he fiddled with the device and she suddenly found herself standing in a white washed corridor.

“Some device.”

“Oh it comes in handy you know,” he replied.

He looked around and carefully led the way towards the main lab. Due to the early hour, they were alone.

“Now that is what I like to see,” Jerrix said. “A well stocked chamber.”

The lab was quite large and packed with scientific equipment. At the centre stood what they were looking for. The space laser. To Tarra’s eyes, it looked quite boring.

A long red thick cable led across the floor to a metallic cradle.
Within that cradle, a large glass barrel rose about fifteen feet before terminating in a metal tip.

“To think,” Jerrix said. “This is the cause of all the trouble.”

“Seems so innocent,” Tarra said. “Pity we just can’t carry it off.”

“Not this time I’m afraid. Get me a small screwdriver and wire cutters.”

As Tarra searched for these materials, Jerrix knelt and waited for her return. As carefully as possible, he removed the backing plate, which exposed a series of coloured wires. Then he cut each one before removing the circuit board. Behind this, a metallic tube came into view. Glancing at her, Jerrix said slowly, “This trilithium case contains a cobalt core. Go back to the ship and in the third drawer remove one pink vial. Can you do that for me?”

“Of course Jerrix. Cobalt is radioactive. Are you sure about this?”

He gritted his teeth. There is no other way. It takes twenty years to collect enough trilithium to create the case. That should result in the project’s abandonment.”

“That’s not what I meant”

“You had better go and wait for me Tarra. I’ll be alright.”

He watched her dash off and waited until she was safe. Then slowly he unscrewed the case and due to its weight, hugged it to his chest.
Rising slowly, he made his escape.

Getting outside was no problem but as he crossed the grassy ground the radiation poured through him. He began to stumble then, but he knew that dropping it was not an option.

He slipped through the fence and saw the light green glow from his craft. By this time, he was sweating profusely.

Then he stopped.

“Tarra. I need the containment vessel.”

He heard her searching through the drawers until she appeared with a large metallic flask.

“Open it up and step well away.”

She placed it upon the ground and stepped inside the ship. He lowered the case slowly and slammed the lid shut.

“I’m glad that is over. Now, phase two.”

He hauled the containment vessel off the ground and staggered in with it. Tarra held the pink vial.

“You’ll need this Jerrix.”

“Not yet. We need to get rid of this damn thing.”

He activated the galactic image, followed by the drive system and without any shaking changed location.

“You had better stay here Tarra.”

Picking up the vessel, he staggered outside into a hostile environment. The hot red sky blazed down as he approached one of the smoking fissures. Then placing it upon the hot ground, he removed the trilithium case and simply dropped it in.

With failing strength, he attempted to get back but crumpled. His failing vision registered a dim figure dashing to his rescue.

“Open your mouth Jerrix. For pity sake.”

He did so and tasted he sour liquid flow down his grateful throat. He suddenly felt a burning sensation and his vision restored itself.
As life seemed to return, she helped him to his feet and together, staggered into the waiting ship.

“I’m grateful for that. Put the vessel back please while I get us out of here.”

“Will you be okay now?”

He glanced at his ginger paws and smiled.

“I am still here. I should be alright now.”

He set the ship in motion and when in orbit retrieved the keyboard.
He typed away and activated the drive system when the shaking returned.

Moments later, Tarra stepped out into daylight. She saw the familiar caravan park. Jerrix stood beside her.

“What a lovely day,” he muttered.

“What time is it?”

“About ten minutes before your mother returns. Now get yourself back Tarra.”

The young girl faced him.

“Promise me one thing?”

“Which is?”

“No more time travel.”

He nodded then said, “Can’t anyway. If I try it again the ship will disintegrate.”

“Glad to hear it,” she replied. “Just take care and find yourself a partner.”

He smiled. “I don’t want one thanks. On my planet the blokes have the kids.”

Tarra opened her eyes wide then laughed loudly.

“Oh Jerrix, what a pickle.”

“One that requires more vinegar I think,” he said.

He extended his paw.

“Goodbye Tarra. Live your life and stay away from talking cats.”

She shook it and watched as he vanished inside. Moments later, he was gone for good. Tarra turned and walked back to her holiday.

When the darkness cleared, Andy realised he was wearing his own clothes once more. Even down to the Cotton shirt, jeans and trainers. Jerrix however, continued wearing his obligatory cloak.

“See you haven’t changed then.”

“I’m not the one in flux.”

Andy glanced at the small room with its television, radio and garish green wallpaper. Bright sunlight shone through the familiar glass.

“I’m home Jerrix. Actually home.”

The door opened and a tallish woman with long blonde hair walked in. Andy could not contain himself. He ran forward and embraced her.

“Hey, what’s the problem?”

“Just glad to see you.”

She looked at the visitor.

“New friend?”

Jerrix introduced himself.

“Nice to meet you. Oh, don’t forget. You have that pickup tonight at the station.”

She walked out leaving them alone once more.

“It happened tonight then,” Andy muttered.

Jerrix took his arm and brought him outside. Standing upon the road was his familiar taxi.

“We must examine it,” the cat advised.

Andy found the keys in his pocket and they walked towards it.

“What’s the matter?”

“I don’t know,” Jerrix replied.

He opened the driver’s door and allowed the cat to scan the interior.

“Well?”

“Open the boot for me,” Jerrix insisted.

Andy pulled a lever and the boot rose. When they reached it, Jerrix gazed in.

“Ha. What are you doing here?”

Andy saw him pulling out the bracelet. The cat handed it over.

Andy’s face fell.

“Another illusion.”

“Certainly looks like it I’m afraid. We left that behind. Realities are starting to merge.”

“Why are you still here then?”

“I am as real as you are. What else happened today?”

Andy thought back.

“Only the shopping. We need milk.”

“Then I had better come with you.”

After saying farewell to his wife, the two friends walked towards the local shop as the light beamed down.

“What does all this mean Jerrix? What is going on?”

“I still don’t know Andy. A little confusing. Even for me.”

As they reached the shop, two men walked out. Andy stopped cold. The gents did likewise.

“What is the matter?” Jerrix asked.

Andy stared at the familiar yellow tie and grey suit. He stared at the black suit and outrageous green tie. He saw they were clean-shaven.

“My bloody passengers.”

Jerrix stared as each gent said one word.

“Good.” “Evil.”

“What?” Andy asked in confusion.

“Guardians of morals,” Jerrix said. Then he shook Andy hard.

“What else took place man? Think.”

As the shaking continued, Andy saw a young man approaching slowly. He was well dressed but his eyes shifted strangely.

The shaking stopped.

“We may never get out of this my friend.”

Andy pointed as the youth drew closer.

“He robbed the shop after I left,” Andy muttered. “I walked away.”

Jerrix pushed him violently into the robber to be.

“Grab him then!”

“Come on mate. Lay off.”

“Hold your tongue boy,” Jerrix warned reaching into the lad’s pocket.

He pulled out a knife.

“Shopping are we?”

The youth blushed as the shopkeeper came out to investigate.

“Phone the police,” Andy ordered. “He was going to rob you.”

They handed the youth over and started heading back towards his home. The two gents stayed close.

“Is that it?” Andy asked. “One simple act?”

Before Jerrix could reply, the scene dissolved once more.

He found himself standing outside a small cave entrance. He saw the rope bridge leading to his ship. However, Andy was gone.

“You must come in Jerrix.”

The cat recognised the teacher’s voice and padded back in. He found the old gent sitting as usual holding the bracelet.

“You should keep this my friend.”

Jerrix took it.

“Where is the taxi driver?”

The mystic laughed out loud.

“You still don’t know what is really going on.”

Jerrix shook his furry head.

“Andy was a projection of myself.”

As the cat watched, the old teacher transformed into a young, tall, dark haired woman.

Jerrix gawped and gasped, “Dyan.”

The woman bowed. Her silver dress blowing slightly.

“You are smart my friend but sometimes a little slow,” she said in a melodic tone.

“Compared with your power I’m nothing but dust.”

“That is the law,” Dyan replied.

“Why choose me?” Jerrix asked quaking.

“Everyone has to be tested sometime. Even you.”

Jerrix knew what happened to those who failed. Instant destruction.

“Did I, eh, pass?”

“You nearly fouled up when you sent me to that battlefield.”

Then she smiled.

“You did the right thing in the end though.”

“I’m glad to hear it. You understand why I used the time projector?”

“Because of the quantum signature,” she said. “I know. You should have sent me straight home. As I asked.

“Which would have brought us here.”

“Exactly.”

He thought back to that painful encounter.

“Why did you attack me by the way?”

“To get your attention. Here we are, meeting again. As promised.”

“I suppose I can leave now?” Jerrix commented.

“You may go, and Jerrix?”

“Yes Dyan?”

“We shall not meet again.”

He turned and walked slowly out. He placed the bracelet in his pocket, and crossed the rope bridge to his ship. As he reached its location, he vanished.
---
Standing alone now, Jerrix gazed around the interior of his complicated craft. The galactic image showed two flashing dots as usual. He simply gazed as he wondered what to do. Sighing deeply, he padded over to the east statue and hauled the lever down.

The gentle movement was over in microseconds. He recognised his new location of course. This was Earth. A small, insignificant planet located on one of the outer arms. Tarra came from there. A dear friend he dearly missed since they had skipped into this craft, so long ago now.

He stepped outside and saw the caravans dotted around. Some of them even had small, white fences surrounding them. Jerrix scratched his chest in gentle amusement.

“Would you believe it? A caravan park.”

He saw a young girl with straight yellow hair running towards him. She was obviously wearing flip-flops and the denim top and trousers flowed in the gentle breeze.

“Jerrix!”

He smiled as they cuddled, breathing in her sweet scent.

“What are you doing here?” she asked after they parted.

“The ship brought me. Nothing happening I assume?”

She gave him one of those looks that said trouble.

“You better come with me.”

He followed her to a smart blue van and unlocked the door.

“Where is your mother?” he asked gently.

“Gone shopping. She will be back in about an hour.”

She removed a paper from the table and handed it over.

“Seems you are in trouble.”

He saw a grainy photo of himself and the headline, Have you seen this cat?

He read on.

He looked up at her, tossing the rag back onto the table.

“I have never been to that research station Tarra.”

“Oh I see. Someone else perhaps?”

“Either that, or its sometime in my future.”

“Been busy lately?

“Pretty busy Tarra. You know me.”

She smiled and said, “I certainly do.”

He glared at her and laughed.

“How long are you here for?” he asked.

“Until the end of the week. Then it’s back to the grindstone.”

“Lucky you.”

“That depends. Too many cookery lessons,” she said.

He was about to reply when the caravan began to shake violently. As it did so, books, and other items began to drop from the overhead shelves.

“We don’t have quakes here,” she cried as the shaking escalated.

Jerrix grabbed her hand and hauled her outside, as the van shifted.

Overhead, an unbelievable sight drifted over the park.

“There is your cause,” he said pointing.

She looked up and saw a huge saucer shaped craft heading south, its wake causing devastation. The two friends had problems standing as the ground continued to shake.

“It must be heading for Gloucester,” Tarra told him.

“Are you sure?”

“It’s the only large city near here.”

“Come with me then.”

He helped her to the ship as buildings toppled, as rail lines buckled. Within his ship though, all was quiet and still.

“I suppose we are going to shoot it down,” Tarra commented as the cat activated the controls.

“Certainly not. We are just going to pop aboard to speak to the pilot.”

“That is going to be dangerous,” she reminded him.

“Probably, but I have to do something about this.”

He hauled the lever over and the craft made its short transference.

“We have arrived. I did not recognise the craft, so I’m a wee bit in the dark.”

“One day you will go too far,” she warned him.

“One Tarra, we all do.”

He marched out and found themselves face to face with a rather bemused dwarf.

“Are you the pilot?” Tarra asked.

“I am the security officer mam. Your arrival triggered the alarm.”

Jerrix gazed at the dark blue uniform with its silver shoulder braids. He quickly noticed the officer was unarmed.

“We have to see your senior officer,” Jerrix demanded. “This craft of yours is killing people.”

“Then you better come with me sir.”

He took them to a lift, which reached the command deck. They followed him out as the captain turned to look. His uniform was a bright pale and his braids were gold.

“What are they doing on my bridge?” the captain demanded.

Tarra stepped forward.

“Do you know how much damage this ship is causing?”

The dwarfish captain looked quite surprised.

“That miss is quite impossible.”

“Check your scanner captain,” Jerrix suggested. “By the time this is over, most of the land will be flattened.”

The captain frowned and barked the order. A silver screen appeared and showed the mounting devastation. The captain looked deeply concerned. Turning quickly he ordered, “Activate the suppression system now.”

Within moments, the damage stopped and the craft moved on.

“Better late than never I suppose,” Jerrix muttered.

The captain turned to his unexpected guests.

“Thanks for telling me. This puts me in a rather awkward position.”

One of the two dwarfish pilots spoke up.

“6 craft approaching from port sir.”

The screen switched and showed a group of warplanes moving in fast.
As calm as a cucumber, the captain said, “Activate defences.”

“Now wait a minute,” Jerrix protested.

As they watched, air-to-air missiles were launched which exploded seconds later. The aircraft veered off and prepared to carry out a second run.

“We seem to have a war on our hands,” the captain said sadly.

“Take my advice,” Jerrix said. “Get this craft into orbit fast.”

“We are not vulnerable,” the captain informed him. “No need to run sir.”

“Why are you here anyway?” Tarra asked.

“We need to remove that research station mam. Distance to target?”

“Two miles sir,” a pilot replied.

“You can’t just destroy a building,” Jerrix told him. “What harm can it do?”

The aircraft approached at high speed, wing cannons spewing shells.
They were totally ineffective.

“That station is creating a space laser sir. Such weapons are banned by galactic treaty.”

“This planet knows nothing of treaties,” Jerrix replied.

“Ignorance is no defence sir.”

Tarra shouted, “Can’t you do something Jerrix?”

He shook his head.

“I think your friend knows that I am in the right,” the captain told her.

“Target in view sir,” a pilot called out.

Tarra and Jerrix saw the squat rectangle appearing on screen and the craft began to slow.

“Prepare to atomise,” the captain ordered.

As they watched, people began to flee from the site as the saucer hovered overhead.

“Prepare to fire.”

Sally had reached her favourite spot and stood with the skirt hiked to attract much needed attention. A professional sex worker for ten years, none of her clients had ever complained.

The cold night air of the sleepy hamlet blew past the nearby bins as another homeless man wandered toward her.

“Any chance of keeping an old chap warm?”

“Sorry mate no can do. Why not try that church?”

The homeless man opened his eyes wide with apparent alarm.

“Haven’t you heard? The old priest was murdered within that building.”

Sally had caught the awful news, but like most sensible people had chosen to ignore it.

“There is a shelter you know.”

The old gent stopped at this and grinned.

“They chucked me out for crapping one of their darn beds.”

“Serves you right.”

He shook his head and waddled past like some deformed duck. Sally watched him go and felt rather sorry for him.

“Where are you off to then?”

“Don’t know...Just keep walking until I find somewhere warm and dry. I can feel rain approaching.”

Sally glanced up at the dark clouds and seemed to agree.

“Look mate, I have a small pad nearby. I’ll take you there now.”

The old gent was terribly grateful for the offer and put out his moth eaten arm, which she took with a smile.

“It’s not far now,” she muttered.

She led him down Main Street and off to the right where a small apartment was located. As he entered the warm room, he glanced around at the recently painted wall.

“Do it yourself?”

Sally nodded with pride.

“What do you think?”

“It looks terrible. Yellow and green? What possessed you?”

Despite herself, Sally coloured up and offered him a seat. He took it wearily and glanced at the expensive furniture.

“You must make a packet.”

“It pays the bills and that’s all. Fancy a drink?”

The gent glanced up and nodded.

“You don’t have bourbon I suppose?”

She smiled and swiftly opened the drinks cabinet.

“Large or small?”

“Oh it has to be large mam. Then I’ll tell you my own story.”

She poured it out and then settled for a rum herself. As she sat, she handed the glass over.

“Cheers.”

The gent smiled at her kindness and clinked the glass.

“Cheers to you too mam.”

As they drank, he prepared to tell her his well-hidden secret. He seemed to become nervous, and only began when she offered a top up.

“Now I can start,” he muttered after a third mouthful.

“You had a hard life then?”

“More than I should say perhaps. You see, I used to be a hunter.”

Sally envisioned a big game hunter and said so, but he shook his head.

“Not that kind of hunter. I meant the denizens of the night.”

Sally raised her eyebrows sharply and squinted.

“Whatever do you mean?”

“Ten years back in Montreal there was a rather weird outbreak of hysteria. Or so the authorities wanted us to believe.”

“Yes I can remember that. They blamed a contaminated water supply.”

“Well, let me tell you that the water was clean. Those four folk were killed by vamps.”

Sally almost laughed but stopped herself in the nick of time.

“How do you know?”

The homeless gent lowered his eyes and then his voice before whispering, “My wife was one of the victims.”

She thought this over for a moment as he drained the glass again.

“Another?”

“I had better not mam. Do you want to hear my side of it?”

She nodded and settled back, as her strange guest coughed and ploughed on with feeling.

“She had been missing for a week you know but the damn cops simply shuffled their feet. In the end I got so pissed off, that I decided to look for her myself.

It was hard that you know. Checking with friends and workplace.
After another three days, I got a firm lead. Someone matching her description had been seen wandering a graveyard at night, so I headed there.

“Was she there?” Sally asked.

“Oh yes indeed mam. I saw her all right. At least I saw what she had become.”

Sally glanced away as the story continued.

“She approached me then, red eyes boring into my damn skull. I stepped back and tripped over a ruddy piece of wood. As I lay there, she simply watched in a strange manner. Even when I rammed that wood into her chest.”

“You killed her?”

He shook his head.

“Her body fell apart until only dark dust remained. After that of course I became the hunter.”

Sally drained her glass and said softly, “Now you live upon our merry streets.”

“Happens to the best of us mam. I need to go now so you just take care.”

She followed him out and into the unlit street before heading back to her normal haunt.

She spotted the strange couple because they were staring hard at her.

“Can I do business with you?” the dark gent asked.

Sally liked the look of them and nodded.

“It’s two hundred for a threesome.”

The woman smiled strangely and nodded.

“Sounds like a fair price but we don’t do those.”

“I was thinking of watching whilst you eh...”

“I get the drift. Call it fifty then.”

Trayhas pointed across the dark street toward an alleyway.

“That’s a good enough place.”

Sally led the way as her strange customers trooped behind. When she entered the dark place, Sally leaned against the wall and put out her hand.

“Pay first eh?”

Trayhas stepped forward and smashed her mouth into a pulp before picking her up in his unearthly arms.

“That was rather rude of you.”

Trayhas smiled and carried the victim further into the dark before dropping her hard. Hollandia saw the boot being raised before the skull was shattered for all time.

“She won’t mind,” he whispered.

The couple knelt and licked the blood as it flowed onto the dirt, as the peaceful town slept on.

“I think I need more of this,” she said.

Trayhas ripped at the clothes, exposing the now silent breast.

“Be my guest.”

Hollandia bared her fangs and sank them into the cooling flesh whilst slurping noisily.

“That should keep you contented for a while.”

When she was done the creatures faded into the darkness, leaving

Sally for the trash men to clear away.

She was lying within a large tub of warm blood completely nude.

Around her, darkly clad maidens were slitting the throats of men and allowing the blood to spurt upon her.

She cupped her palms and took a handful before releasing it over her ginger hair. The warm gooiness seemed to calm her down as the ritual slaughter continued.

“Enjoying yourself?”

She turned to see Trayhas staring from the large wooden door.

“Kind of. Why not join me?”

He smiled, removing the customary dark cloak before stepping into the tub. He clapped the maidens away as Hollandia stared at him.

“Something on your mind?”

“Just a nagging doubt my love. These baths of yours will surely attract attention.”

“Never mind Trayhas. You worry too much.”

“How many now have you taken?”

She closed her eyes and quickly counted.

“Not more than twenty fit young men.”

“The locals are certainly not going to like that.”

“Who cares about those filthy creeps? We are superior or have you forgotten?”

He shook his head and stretched out his manly legs.

“They can still be ruddy dangerous as well you know.”

“We are protected by forty foot walls my love. There is no way they could storm us.”

“I’m not so sure. Mortals can be pretty ingenious.”

She threw a palm full of blood into his eyes and splashed her breasts with the lewd fluid.

“Are we going to sit here just arguing as we do?”

Trayhas saw that alluring look within the diabolical eyes and slid himself forward. He achieved a kneeling position before pulling her hidden thighs apart.

“You are so hot sometimes,” she hissed.

He slid closer until his rising manhood squelched its way into the bloody dell, as she countered the move. Their bodies were now locked together as she stared into his eyes.

“Fancy some sport later?”

“With your loyal maidens?”

She slapped his shoulder.

“Not them silly. The local boys tend to hunt for rabbit inside our forest. We could teach them what folly is all about.”

Trayhas liked the idea. Such a show of force could keep the populace of their inhuman backs.

She grabbed his buttocks and pulled hard, guaranteeing complete entry. He closed his eyes as she did all the work for a change.

“Don’t you dare climax too early,” she warned. “After over a century you should be able to control yourself.”

“So you would think my love but that is not so easy sitting in a bath of blood.”

She pushed and slid harder as his manhood jerked spasmodically inside her. Trayhas enjoyed it immensely as spasms turned into excruciating pleasure.

Then she suddenly stopped.

“Stand up now!”

Without asking why he pulled free and did so, his erection hanging overhead.

“Now you will enjoy this bit,” she purred before giggling.

She grabbed the member rather tightly and taking a palm began rubbing at the exposed head quickly. Trayhas gasped with sexual
shock at this unusual turn of events as she watched for the impending eruption.

“You are jolly good at this,” he stammered as he tried to hold himself off.

“Aren’t I always dear?”

She jerked harder and the inevitable happened. As the seed of procreation splattered her hair, she cooed for all she was worth.

“Now we play hide and seek with the mucky kids,” she said playfully.

Trayhas nodded even as his droop got underway. However, his dark mind had a strange feeling about this hunt.

The beings of darkness arrived silently from the sky and crept across the leaf strewn forest floor.

“I can sense one of them,” he whispered.

Hollandia dashed behind a tree as a rather lanky lad of fourteen walked through the glade armed with his trusty bow.

“Looking for rabbits again,” she hissed.

The lad must have heard her, for he suddenly stopped and scanned the darkness.

“Who’s there?”

The monsters remained silent as he peered in vain.

“Must be my imagination,” the lad said strutting onward.

Trayhas dragged his willing companion around the trunk as the lad passed, pointing about fifty yards further on.

“See that rabbit? I bet he gets it.”

She watched as the lad spotted the bunny and knelt quietly. He slipped an arrow into the bow and aimed at the defenceless animal.

Moments later the bunny lay dead and he dashed forward to pick it up.

“Mom will be pleased.”

He turned as the couple stepped into full view.

“That is poaching my lad,” Trayhas reminded him.

The startled youth gazed at the bloody skin and stepped backwards.

“You should be frightened by us,” Hollandia said. “We own these woods and the murdered rabbit.”

The youth dropped his catch and frantically attempted to slide an arrow into the bow, but Trayhas struck first.

He lunged forward and smashed the bow in two before raising the lad high above his immortal head.

“What shall we do with him?”

Hollandia thought for a moment and pointed to the nearest trunk.

“Give the lad a headache.”

Trayhas did just that. He walked over and suddenly spun around, smashing the lad’s skull against the thick trunk. As the body went limp, he tossed him onto the soft earth.

“Leave him here for the locals to find. They should reach the correct conclusion.”

She smiled at his ruthlessness. After all, this was not what she had intended.

He started to walk toward the nearby village when he stopped and turned.

“What’s holding you up?”

“I just want a memento my love.”

She pulled the arrow free and approached her fanged lover quickly.
As he waited for a kiss, the head was plunged into his chest.

Hollandia opened her eyes and saw that Trayhas was wide-awake.

“What did I just experience?”

“Part of my life my dear. I survived that strike and took hellish revenge.”

“What did you do to her?”

“Tore her head off. What do you think?”

She stretched as the dark cloak was wrapped around his inhuman body.

“I was hoping for something else first.”

Trayhas turned and pulled the cloak free.

“I was rather hoping that you were.”

He laughed before throwing himself on top and doing what he knew best.

A bloody shopping trip

The security guard had patrolled the store for five long years and never had to face a break in. Tonight was different though.

As he reached the front entrance, he heard the tinkle of breaking glass and drawing his weapon, dashed off to see what was up.

He was rather astonished when he saw the dark gent and his nude companion stepping through the smashed window.

“Put your hands up!”

Trayhas simply stared at the crazy mortal and shook his head.

“No point doing that. I’m long past killing.”

The guard froze as Hollandia tiptoed toward him.

“You don’t want to shoot poor old me do you?”

His gun arm shook as her breasts stopped before him.

“Just put it down and you won’t be hurt.”

The guard shook his head firmly.

“Sorry mam. I can’t do that.”

Hollandia smiled as the security light glinted from the incisors.

“What are you?”

She smashed the weapon from his grip and kicked him hard in the stomach. He smashed against the checkout area and lay still as Trayhas reached him.

“Mortals can be so foolish sometimes.”

She watched as he twisted the neck violently, a loud crack echoing across the shop floor.

“Shall we shop now?”

He nodded and led her toward the waiting clothes. When they reached the dresses, Hollandia stopped.

“Such a lot to choose from.”

“Take your pick darling, but something dark is advisable. I have my reputation to protect.”

She picked through the rack until her evil eyes fell upon a black number with golden sequins.

“What do you think of this?”

Trayhas cast his eyes over the pricy garment and pointed to the nearby changing area.

“Try it on but leave the underwear. We have no need for such things.”

She entered and soon emerged with the dress firmly in place. After doing a twirl, she took his cold hand in hers.

“Where to now?”

The dark eyes of the ancient blood drinker lit up as a thought came to mind.

“I know somewhere that provides me with hot blood.”

Hollandia smiled as he led her from the crime scene. All thoughts of her human family long gone.

They walked slowly through the sleepy hamlet until an old church came into view. His mate drew back instinctively until Trayhas pointed something out.

“It’s no longer in use my dear. That means it is no longer consecrated. It is safe for beings like ourselves.”

“I’m glad you think so.”

He entered promptly and gazed at the old and spider covered pews. Before being closed, the cross had been removed to its new location.

“I can smell you,” Trayhas announced toward the lectern.

A shadowy figure emerged slowly and Hollandia saw that it was an old priest. His vestment was as dust covered as his old church.

“What are you doing here?” the clergyman asked.

“Just looking for a bed like you,” Trayhas replied carefully.

“I used to preach her ya know.”

“How long?” Hollandia asked.

“Over twenty years,” he replied walking slowly toward them.

Trayhas watched him approach and spotted the small silver crucifix at once.

“That’s really far enough old man.”

The priest stopped and stared blankly as Trayhas gazed deeply into his eyes.

The woman watched as the object of defiance was pulled away and dropped onto the floor.

“Now that is far better,” Trayhas said reaching him at last.

His arm went around his shoulder as he was led back toward the disused font.

“Do you pray?” the old priest asked.

Trayhas shook his head.

“Can’t do that now father. Here, I think this is certainly far enough.”

He pushed the holy man onto his knees and a clenched fist smashed across his jaw. As the bone splintered, the man went down.

“Now we can feed without too much trouble,” Trayhas said kneeling at his side.

Hollandia watched as the upper vestments were torn off, before the creature sank his bloody fangs. She felt that blood passion rise and quickly joined him.

As the corpse was drained, Trayhas heard something quite unusual.

“Shush!”

Hollandia tried to pick up what he was hearing but failed miserably.

“What’s the matter?”

Trayhas scanned swiftly and heard the soft pad of bare feet.

“Someone is coming my dear. Just stay here a moment.”

He rose quickly as the stranger made his way down the long aisle.
When Trayhas came into view, he stopped sharply.

“Sorry to disturb you,” the stranger said.

Trayhas nodded at the shoeless individual and whispered, “I would rather you left quickly.”

The homeless man nodded, and padded out into the cold and the dark.

“You can come out now,” he said.

Hollandia appeared and joined him in the aisle.

“What was that all about?”

The creature shook his head.

“Just someone looking for a place to sleep. We had better be going too my dear. Sunrise is not that far off.”

When they reached the relative safety of his rundown home, he led her up those dangerous steps and into a rather amazing bedroom.

She stared at the double bed and the old furniture with surprise.

“You sleep here?”

He pointed to the Dutch windows and said, “As long as the sunlight is kept out it’s quite safe.”

He threw himself down onto the dark covers as she quickly joined him.

“You are some mystery,” she admitted as he rested his head upon his palms.

“That is the way it should be darling. Now close your eyes and join me on an excursion.

“We can share dreams?”

“Not quite that my dear. Let me call it a shared memory.”

Hollandia settled down and closed her heavy eyelids. As she did so, a new vista presented itself. One that she really did not like.

Orgy of blood

The column of weird mist had enveloped Hollandia completely as she held the hand of her dark, but loving partner. The simple street was dark and without lights, as many are in this part of northern Canada.
Saskatchewan was a cold wilderness, even in summertime, with dark bears roaming the wild and virgin forests. Just north of Prince Albert stood the sleepy hamlet of Donashey, a throwback to the mid nineteenth century.

Many of the old wooden frontages had been kept, unlike the home Hollandia had just departed.

“Are you warm enough sweetie?”

Hollandia turned her head and nodded as the partner led her into a side alley.

“I’m always warm in your company.”

“I should warn you,” he said. “I am a rather possessive type.”

Hollandia giggled and slapped the bare bottom that the cloak hid from view.

“Why bring us down here?”

Her partner stopped and seemed to listen intently.

“Can you hear that?”

Hollandia strained to hear the soft crying that whipered from above.

“Sounds like a babe to me.”

Her partner nodded.

“A babe left on its own by its errant mom.”

“How sad.”

“Sad indeed,” the partner muttered.

He released her and wandered over to the left wall and gazed upward. Hollandia watched as he shinned up the drainpipe and stopped at the window ledge.

“Watch not fall.”

He shook his head sadly.

“No danger of that my love. I am as sure footed as a cat.”

She watched him force the window open before vanishing into the upstairs apartment. A moment passed before he reappeared, the babe safely nestled within his arms.

“Now catch.”

She held out her arms as the infant was dropped from the third floor. Thankfully she caught the child well as he scampered back down again.

“I suppose we take him to the police now?”

Her partner shook his long, dark locks.

“No such thing my love. Would you like to see where I live?”

Hollandia had known him three weeks now and was not going to turn up this opportunity of learning more about him.

“I would love to. The kid certainly needs the warmth.”

Her companion nodded and led her out of the alley and toward the north of the sleepy hamlet.

She saw the imposing home as they crossed the lights. Built in the eighteen hundreds to a high degree of luxury, its weatherworn boards looked a little worse for wear.

“You live here on your own?”

Her companion nodded.

“I am the last of my family sadly.”

He led her to the front porch and gently pushed it open. Hollandia
saw the thick cobwebs and shivered.

“I hope you like spiders.”

She smiled rather nervously as he led her into the large but empty open room.

“See you have no furniture.”

He laughed carefully.

“Who needs it my love. I could not take it with me.”

She walked through the dust of the passing centuries, noting the
rotting and deadly staircase.

“I take it the bedrooms are up there?”

“I don’t use those now my love. Don’t want to break my lovely neck.”

She tried to smile as the child cooed softly.

“This environment is not really good for his lungs my dear. We really cannot stay here for long.”

Her dark and mysterious companion pointed to the far wall and said, “Put the child down over there.”

She felt a strange compulsion to obey and walked over to the chosen spot. She gazed down at the dust shrouded floor and placed the child down gently.

“You did that very well Hollandia.”

She stepped back as he knelt beside the living winepress and watched the babe being tickled and played with.

“You seem to like kids.”

“They remind me of my distant past that’s all.”

He glanced up, those dark eyes seeming to bore right through her skull.

“Would you turn around for me?”

She gave him a look and said, “Only when you reveal your name.”

The response startled him for a second. He had not expected that.

“They call me Trayhas Nethanial my love.”

She gazed at the dark curly hair and watched him stand to his full, but thin height.

“That figures.”

“What do you mean by that?”

“That is a very old name and this is indeed a very old house.”

He smiled carefully and placed his cold hands upon her shoulders.

“Turn for me Hollandia.”

She did so slowly as he waited with mounting impatience.

“Is this some kind of kinky game?”

“Something like that my dear.”

She felt his cold breath brush across her shoulder and even colder lips latch upon her exposed throat.

“Just stand perfectly still my dear. This won’t hurt a bit.”

She suddenly felt a pinch, and a rapid falling sensation that ended deep within a dark cavern. When she became aware once more it was still dark outside but the nightdress had gone.

“What happened and why am I lying upon the ruddy floor?”

From the darkness a familiar voice drifted towards her.

“You have become my bride Hollandia. As for that flimsy dressing of yours. Well, I will place more elegant cloth upon your naked back.”
She saw him approach with the cooing babe and took it gratefully. A weird sensation suddenly came over her as she gazed upon the helpless child.

“Now feed.”

A dark growl escaped her lips as she lifted the babe towards her opening mouth. As the throat reached those new but deadly fangs, they tore the flesh apart.

Blood spewed down her waiting throat as the child fell silent at last. She growled as the flow ceased and savagely cracked the neck vertebra wide open.

The teeth sank deep as the marrow was reached. She slurped it down before ripping the head off completely. She dropped the lifeless corpse and gouging out the eyes, swallowed them like oysters. Then she smashed the skull like an eggshell before crunching down upon the exposed brain itself.

Trayhas watched this savagery impassively, glad he had chosen such a willing pupil.

He smelt the odour of blood and reaching down, picked the corpse from the soiled floor. As Hollandia revelled in the new darkness, bits of brain tissue sticking to the sides of her savage jaws, he sank his own teeth into the still stomach.

They gently tore the cavity open, his tongue worming its way into the hellish cavity. He lapped at the blood, teeth bearing down and ripping at the vicera of the intestinal track.

The last of the living fluid dribbled down his vampiric throat until there was no more left. He tossed away the mangled corpse as she dropped the now empty head.

She stared at her lover, not quite realising even now the subtle change.

“Shall you join me?”

Hollandia nodded, reaching under his dark cloak and fiddling with that now rampant member.

“This exited you?”

Trayhas nodded wearily. He nodded as the centuries bore down upon him.

Hollandia knelt then. Head vanishing beneath the cloak as her mouth opened to receive him.

Trayhas closed his eyes, trying to remember the last woman who had did this for him. He saw a face but could not quite remember her name.

He held her tight as he thrust deep into that glistebing mouth as Hollandia moaned softly.

“There, there my love. Just an inch at a time.”

For Andy, walking into that pale light with his late father was somewhat of a relief for him. At least now, he had an explanation for his weird experiences. As soon as the light enveloped them, his father vanished and all sense of permanent security was removed.

A terrible inky darkness enveloped him, and he suddenly felt himself being accelerated to incredible speed. He almost vomited when he landed face down in human excrement. The stench that flooded his nostrils was overpowering.

He picked himself up slowly and immediately noticed yet another change of garb. He was now wearing a brown baggy top made from simple sackcloth and an even darker cloth made into breeches.

He wiped the goo from his eyes, face, and gazed around at his new location. He was standing in a grimy street with large wooden homes packed tight on either side. He noticed the black and white paint and the small open windows. From one of these a rather large woman tossed a bucketful of waste into the street below. It was in short, an open sewer.

“So, I’m not dead then,” he muttered. “What on earth is going on?”

He felt terribly disorientated which was caused by time lag and at a
loss what to do next. A male voice from behind caught his attention.

“Andy!”

He turned and saw another bloke dressed much the same as he. In his left hand, he carried a mask with a long proboscis.

“We need to collect another one mate. Where is your protection?”

Extremely confused now he glanced around and saw a similar mask lying among the detritus, which he picked up. His mate put his one on, and Andy followed suit. A cold feeling overcame him. He was a corpse collector. His agile mind dragged the date from the darkness of memory.

1666. The second Charles was on the throne.

The two men made their way along the filthy street while a third man pulled a wooden handcart. At the last building, he was led inside and in a simple room, the corpse of a young man lay.

He was unrecognizable. His face had turned almost black, a symptom that gave the disease its name.

Andy nearly flinched when his mate picked up the feet and insisted that he grab hold of the arms. Suppressing a deep fear, he helped to haul the corpse outside and toss it like a rag into the cart. Four others were already on board.

A couple of darkly dressed gents then closed the door and painted a cross upon it before nailing it shut. Anyone left inside would now die from either disease or starvation.

It was a brutal, but necessary policy.

“We have another two to collect and then we dump them.”

“Sounds fair enough,” Andy replied.

They were about to move on when a parson entered the street carrying a wooden cross.

“A plague on all your homes,” this man bellowed. “You have courted with Satan and are being punished.”

A woman’s voice echoed back, “Get stuffed you crazy fool.”

They left him to rant and pulled into yet another street. The squalor was almost unbelievable. Andy was astonished to see a pink pig running towards him squealing and he moved to one side to let the terrified animal pass.

“This is the one,” his mate said and he followed him into a home
where two babes lay dead and silent.

Fighting back tears, he gently lifted the poor mite and carried it to the cart. He placed it down gently as his colleague threw the other in.

“Right now. We are off to the pit now.”

The pit in question was located in a square, two blocks down. When they arrived, they pulled the seven bodies out and tossed them into the trench where bracken had been placed. As Andy watched in mute horror, a burning torch set it alight.

Black smoke rose into the grey sky and Andy felt himself resisting this place of horror. He pulled his mask free, and threw it violently to the ground. As his mate watched, he ran for it. He had no idea where to go. He zigzagged through the streets until he saw a small plaque nailed to a wall.

Pudding Lane.

He stopped and stared at a bakery. A burly bloke was inside smiling back.

Andy felt compelled to march in and shout, “Watch that bloody oven.”

As the astonished man watched, Andy walked out again.

He made his way slowly, with no real idea how he was supposed to live in this strange time. One thing was certain though. London was not safe. He had to get out.

As this thought entered his mind, a bloke of medium height and wearing one of those masks walked quickly towards him and grabbed his arm roughly.

“Hey.”

“Keep your tosh shut mate. You are coming with me.”

Andy tried to break free but the grip was like iron. He was pulled unwillingly around a corner and towards a soft green glow that somehow looked familiar. As he was hauled inside the door slid shut.

The figure released him and pulled the mask off.

“Did I have problems finding you.”

“Good grief Jerrix, you were the last cat I expected to see.”
---
The cat pulled the dirty clothes off and tossed them upon the squashy floor. From the pocket of his yellow cloak, he pulled out the fork shaped device and waived it across Andy’s body.

“Still no change by the way,” Jerrix told him. “Quantum signature is still wrong.”

Andy got his breath back now.

“I ended up in No-Man’s-Land by the way.”

“The time projector is not quite accurate. That should be expected.”
“You had better do some explaining?” Andy demanded.

“Oh, if I must. You are out of phase my friend. Blinking from one reality to another. Do you know how hard it was to track you?”

“So that wasn’t Norwich then?”

“Far from it. By the time I got there you had gone. Then I was attacked.”

“Who by?”

“Perhaps,” Jerrix replied. “You should be asking what by. It was
pretty powerful I can tell you.”

“So we are talking alien abduction?”

“Probably. Either that or...”

“Go on then.”

“You would never understand it,” Jerrix said scratching his head.

“Try me.”

Jerrix shook his head slowly.

“It could well be larger than you and I Andy. That is what worries me.”

“You’re not the one bouncing like some crazy tennis ball.”

Jerrix smiled.

“Very apt description. Now I have to check my controls.”

Andy watched as the cat glanced from statue to cat statue.

“You still can’t take me with you, true?”

Jerrix looked up.

“Unfortunately yes. Not until you are in phase with my ship.”

“There must be something you can do? I don’t fancy staying here for long.”

“I don’t blame you.”

The cat wandered over to a drawer that was set inside the far wall. Opening it, he reached inside and examined a bracelet.

“This may do the trick.”

He padded over and handed it over.

“Try it on.”

It fitted perfectly and the cat scanned him once more.

“Voila. Now we are in sync.”

“I won’t ask what you did,” Andy said. “I can go home now at least.”

Any saw the cat’s face fall.

“I can’t go home?”

“I am afraid not mate. In a very real sense, your home does not exist.”

He saw Jerrix walk over to the north statue and pull a hidden lever. As he did this, light shot from the eyes of the four statues and a grid formed above the waist height metallic dome.

Upon this grid, he could see an image of our galaxy.

“Very impressive.”

“I think so. Now, this flashing dot is our current location. This one over here is our next location.”

“I’m about to hop again. Very helpful.”

Jerrix smiled.

“To solve your mystery we have to find that taxi of yours. I’m damn sure it holds the key.”

“It holds my body,” Andy commented.

“Whatever you saw was an illusion. Remember that.”

As he spoke, he walked to the east statue and pulled the lever sharply. There was no sense of movement. Nothing really. Jerrix pushed the lever back to its central position and padded towards the door, which slid back.

Andy followed and found himself on an alien planet. A pink sky arched overhead and three moons floated in this splendour.

“What do you think?” Jerrix asked as the door slid shut.

“It’s an astronomers dream. Just look at it.”

As they walked off, Andy turned and saw the familiar light green glow fading.

“Come on you,” the cat called. “The ship’s safe.”

He caught up with his friend and they walked toward the rope bridge that crossed the deep ravine.

“The taxi won’t be here you know.”

“I need to speak to someone. So do you.”

The rope bridge swayed a little as they crossed it. At the far side stood a small dark cave, which was their apparent destination.

“Watch for Creepos,” Andy whispered.

“You met those?”

“Unfortunately.”

“Such a small galaxy,” Jerrix replied.

As they entered the darkness, Andy saw an old gent who looked very frail indeed. He had long white hair that covered his entire face and wore a cream smock. Shaking hands parted the hair and Andy realised that he was blind.

“Jerrix,” the gent said softly.

“I need your help teacher.”
---
“Of course you do. Sit yourselves down.”

They sat in front of the mystic as his blind eyes gazed back.

“Tell me your troubles my friend.”

Jerrix turned to Andy and said, “You had better spill the beans then.”

Over the following hour, he did just that. He left nothing out. Including that final strange experience.

When he finished the mystic smiled.

“Can you work it out?” Andy asked.

“Has Jerrix told you about the bracelet’s limitations?”

“What limitations?” Andy asked.

“The effect is only temporary. Your spatial flux will return.”

“How long?” Andy asked.

“Not more than one solar day”

“We still have time, I assure you,” Jerrix told him.

The taxi driver was rather shocked.

“You must understand,” the strange mystic said. “The taxi is simply
a mode of transport.”

“I think that is obvious,” Andy commented.

“What was the registration number?” the mystic asked.

“I had a rather special one,” Andy replied. “ZLT 99A.”

“Those are coordinates my friend.”

Then the penny dropped.

“I’m a fool,” Jerrix exclaimed. “Galactic Code.”

“Exactly,” the mystic replied.

“Will someone please explain that,” Andy pleaded.

“Advanced form of communication my friend,” Jerrix explained. “I can feed that into my system.”

“Then we find the taxi?”

“Then you find yourself,” the mystic said mysteriously.

Jerrix hauled the driver to his feet.

“Thanks for helping teacher.”

“Just take care Jerrix. You only have eight lives left.”

Jerrix understood the warning and turned to leave.

Andy followed and soon after they were back inside the cat’s ship.
Jerrix opened a drawer and pulled out a small keyboard that had a small aerial attached. As Andy watched, he began typing. Then he returned the device to its proper location.

“We can leave now Andy.”

The cat activated the galactic map and pointed to the second flashing dot.

“Termitus. Nasty little place inhabited by destructive insects.”

“Sounds like fun.”

Jerrix smiled and activated the drive system. Then he asked, “Are you ready for this?”

“Do I have a choice?”

“We all have choices,” Jerrix replied. “Even I.”

“Then let’s do it.”

He followed the cat outside and found himself staring at a rocky environment that was blistering hot.

“Another desert,” Andy exclaimed.

“More like Death Valley,” Jerrix replied. “I wonder which direction?”

“I’m more worried about dehydration,” Andy admitted.
“You have a point,” Jerrix replied pulling the fork device from his deep cloak pocket.

“What are you checking for?”

“Water and anomalies my boy. Ah.”

“That sounds promising.”

“We go this way,” the cat said marching off.

Andy followed across the hostile environment and he soon noticed huge towers of rock scattered here and there. Jerrix saw this and told him what they were.

“Termites?”

“Giant ones. Now across this crest should be a water supply.”

They reached the crest and saw below them a small green lake.
Stumbling down the short hill, they reached the lake’s edge.

“Is it safe to drink?”

Andy saw the cat dip its paws and drink the coloured fluid. He knelt and did likewise until he was satiated. As they turned to continue, the incline was swarming with huge termites.

“That’s torn it,” Andy whispered.

“Worse than that my friend. We are about to be torn apart.”

The creatures advanced and Andy turned to run but Jerrix stopped him.

“No point.” Then he stopped and holding him with one paw, he tore the bracelet off with the other.

Instantly, the scene dissolved into darkness.

Sisterhood

Stephanie had not enjoyed the marriage break up at all. Twenty year old and forced to live with her rather weird stepsister whose idea of decorum was to walk around naked after dark.

As she sat upon the sofa reading the magazine, Hollandia entered wearing the opaque nightdress as usual.

Stephanie glanced up at the ginger haired forty year old and raised her eyebrows.

“What you been up to then?”

Hollandia smiled and sat beside her new sister.

“Nothing much really. How’s it going with Chuck?”

Stephanie put the women’s magazine down and shrugged her shoulders.

“Not too well sadly. I just can’t seem to satisfy him you know.”

Hollandia giggled like a teenager.

“Men are too easy to satisfy. What’s the problem?”

“He keeps complaining about the way that I kiss him.”

“Such an easy thing to get right Stephanie. Does he French then?”

“He tried to but I pulled back. I hate that.”

“Then obviously that is the problem Stephanie. You need some easy lessons.”

“I just don’t like the idea of doing that. It makes my flesh creep.”

Hollandia stretched her arms wide and yawned.

“Just relax into then,” she said.

“You try and relax whist his tongue squirms around your chops.”

Hollandia laughed at the description of the act, and gently laid her
palms atop Stephanie’s shoulders.

As her stepsister turned her head towards her, Hollandia leaned forward and pressed her warm lips onto hers. As she did so, her wet tongue squirmed inside as arms wrapped around her slim form.

Stephanie grimaced and pulled away suddenly, the arms quickly releasing her.

“That was horrible. Why do it?”

“Just trying to show you how it’s done. That’s all.”

Stephanie gave her a look and said, “If his tongue is not acceptable yours won’t be either.”

“I said you should relax into it. You are far too tense. Just try it with me then.”

Stephanie shrugged her shoulders and pressed her lips upon Hollandia’s, before pushing her tongue into the warm mouth. Her stepsister moaned softly as their tongues fenced deeply within that dark cave.

Stephanie’s lips mashed strongly, as her hands were directed beneath the nightdress and firmly placed upon the soft fleshy boobs.

Hollandia’s arms folded around her and gently drew her down upon her.
As their lips moved together, Stephanie simply squeezed at the offered flesh as her tongue continued squirming.

Hollandia moaned again as Stephanie raised her head.

“Why did you stop? You were doing it perfectly.”

“I just feel a little edgy. Those **** of yours have hard teats now.”

Hollandia smiled, and reaching down squeezed Stephanie’s clothed buttocks.

“That really does not matter.”

She pulled Stephanie’s lips back onto her own as her fingers kneaded the flesh through the faded jeans. Stephanie could feel herself becoming aroused, as her fingers traced around the nipples so easily brought to erection.

She wiggled her bottom as the fingers kneaded gently, their lips and tongues now playing freely with each other. As Stephanie raised her face, Hollandia’s fingers slid from the heaving buttocks and moved between them.

“What are you doing?” Stephanie moaned.

“You’ll see.”

The fingers gently unzipped the front and pulled the material apart, before sliding down and into the frilly panties. The thick muff tickled the palm, as a finger slid between that moist crevice.

Stephanie moaned as the hidden button was scraped lightly. Hollandia drew her lips back onto her own, a silvery tongue wriggling within.
Those moist fingers, now covered in that deep but lovely aroma of women slid a little quicker as Stephanie felt the sensation rise swiftly.

Then it stopped, reaching a plateau. The soft knob going numb at last. Her stepsister knew what that meant and applied just enough pressure.

Stephanie yelped as her orgasm burst overhead, hips pumping against those pleasure seekers.

As she calmed down at last, Hollandia broke the kiss and pushed Stephanie into an upright position.

“Enjoy that did we?”

“Oh sh.. I did.”

“Glad to hear it. Perhaps now you’ll fence with that boyfriend of yours?”

Stephanie nodded as the doorbell went.

“I’ll get it.”

Stephanie watched as Hollandia walked towards the door, still wearing that see through nightdress.

“Who is it?”

“Never mind, just my boyfriend that’s all.”

“You can’t go out dressed like that.”

There was no reply of course. When Stephanie went to that open door, Hollandia had vanished...

To be continued...

The piano teacher.

Mary had always been shy, despite the natural born talent of music. Even at sixteen, the shyness remained.

Ms Dury had taken an interest in this remarkable college girl. She marvelled at her rapid progress, and felt some private lessons were in order.

On that cold winter’s night, Mary duly arrived. Bundled up against the freezing cold.

“Let me take this,” the woman suggested.

When the heavy coat was removed, the lady gazed at the silver dress, locked to the base of the throat. The slim body was well hidden, and added a pervading sense of mystery.

“Shall we start?”

“Oh yes please.”

Mary was directed into the music room, the floor covered in a thick cream carpet. At the far end sat the grand piano, and May took her seat.

“Play something for me.”

Mary cleared her mind and began tinkling the keys with gentle passion. As the music flooded the room, her host sat upon the divan, listening with her eyes closed.

“Such a beautiful gift,” she murmured, as the music swept her away to happier times.

Quite unconsciously, her fingers began to open the buttons of the thin blouse, plunging down to the swollen breasts beneath. As the tempo increased, she massaged the nipples to hard little points of rock.

Mary continued playing, glancing over at the teacher.

Ms Dury was quite carried away by now. Each note unleashing her ardour.

Mary tried to look away, but curiosity got the better of her. She watched hands plunging under the waistband of the short skirt and the teacher moaning loudly.

As she watched, fingers driving the tempo on, the teacher’s tongue licked around her lips, as fingers pleasured her.

A missed key brought Ms Dury back to reality.

“That does not sound right.”

Mary blushed at the exposed breasts as the teacher buttoned up once more.

“I was rather distracted miss.”

Ms Dury smiled and approached the pupil.

“Your music makes me over passionate. Your talent is raw my dear.”

Mary stopped playing, feeling a little self-conscious.

“You have a small family, do you not?”

“A brother whose wheelchair bound, and another sister who’s quite
older miss.”

Ms Dury smiled.

“Take care of him?”

“Only at bath time miss.”

“Oh I see.”

Mary glanced at the watch. Nearly seven.

“I really have to go miss. Marty needs his bath now.”

Ms Dury understood, making a point of inviting her back.

“Of course I shall,” Mary said politely.

By the time Mary got home, Marty was in a right old state.

“You’re late.”

“Sorry about that. I had extra lessons today.”

“I always have my bath on six.”

“So, it’s just a little later. No harm done. Where is Georgie?”

“Down the damn pub with mom.”

Mary shook her head.

“Come on, I’ll push.”

She pushed the chair into the hall and entered the specially
equipped bathroom. As the shower was turned on, Marty slowly removed the woollen shawl, which kept him warm.

Mary turned to help the naked seventeen year old, ignoring the hair encrusted manhood.

After a short struggle, Marty was secure in the bathing chair, warm water running over his young manly body.

“I can take it from here thanks.”

She smiled and said, “Call me when you are ready eh?”

She returned to the lounge and sat thinking to herself. Here she was taking care of the brother, whilst others enjoyed themselves. It certainly did not seem fair.

She had already forgotten about the teacher, strange though the encounter was.

After roughly twenty minutes, a call took her back inside the washroom.

“All done?”

Marty scowled.

“I dropped the damn soap.”

She saw it lying within the drainer and quickly retrieved it for him.

“What’s left to wash?”

“Just my undercarriage. Won’t take long.”

He lathered his hands and washed quickly, ignoring his sister’s
curious eyes.

“You can dry me now.”

Mary turned the water off and brought the towel from its holder.
Then she helped him onto the floor where he rolled onto his stomach.
Mary started to dry the smooth skin, as Marty lay there helpless as usual. He could dry his front without much trouble, but the rear was quite another matter.

As the rotating hands reached his buttocks, Marty groaned slightly.

“Not hurting am I?”

“Oh no.”

She dried the buttocks quickly, delving between, before finishing the legs off. As she stopped, he rolled once more.

“Oh sorry about that.”

He was apologising for his standing trooper, as it came into full view.

She felt herself turning a little red as she helped him onto the chair. He started drying himself as she hung on, images of the hard flesh playing through her mind.

He was still hard, even after drying.

Mary handed over the shawl, before wheeling him back to the lounge.

“Does that hurt?” she asked pointing to the groin.

Marty cheered up.

“Only when I let it.”

She giggled at the reply, as the chair came to a halt.

“Anything I can get you?”

Marty thought for a moment.

“Some tissues would be nice.”

She retrieved them, returning as he stroked the standing flesh.

“What do you think about?”

“Oh this and that.”

The hand was moving faster now.

Mary had seen this before and it always stunned her. Even at sixteen, the sexual drive was unknown to her.

She sat upon the sofa as the hands stroked the flesh, as Marty began gasping and whimpering.

“Damn!”

“Whatever is the matter?”

“It’s this chair. Putting me right off.”

She shook her head and gripped him tightly.

“Let’s try the sofa then.”

She lifted him onto his weak legs, the body resting against the
silver dress.

“Sorry for the trouble.”

“No problem.”

As she moved him toward the sofa, his manhood grazed the material, and the sudden sensation brought him to a messy climax.
Mary stared down as the semen pumped out. Marty could only gasp in sympathy with his body’s reaction.

“Now look what you did,” she said sitting him down.

She grabbed the tissues and wiped the material off before taking things further.

“You should have waited.”

“I could not control it.”

Mary took the last tissue, and kneeling, started wiping the goo from the shaft and balls. As she did so, the organ began to wake once more.

“Can’t you switch it off?”

“Hardly.”

As she finished the cleaning process, Marty grasped her hand.

“Finish me off eh?”

Mary was stunned.

“I think one is quite enough.”

He pulled the hand onto himself and started tossing rapidly. As Mary turned scarlet, she scowled back.

“You shouldn’t really.”

“I can’t really help it.”

With her fingers locked against him, she could not really escape as he tossed himself. She tried to ignore the feelings and sensations this was creating.

Marty began gasping as he pulled her onto him. His mouth suddenly locked to her hidden bust as another hand gripped the small buttocks.

“Oh Mary...”

He climaxed at once, goo spewing around both their hands. The hand gripping the buttocks relaxed suddenly as Mary pulled free.

“Don’t ever try that again! Or next time you can wash your damn self!”

She ran to her bedroom and slammed the door shut. She stared at the soiled dress and quickly removed it.

“Now I’ll have to wash the damn thing.”

As she started looking for a replacement, a sudden crash echoed from the lounge. She ran back and found Marty upon the floor once more.

“I was trying to get to the chair.”

She stood over him, bra, and knickers on show and simply stared.

“I should leave you there.”

“Oh come on...”

She set the brakes before grabbing him roughly by the arms and pulling him on. She tossed the shawl at him before retiring once more.

It was well after midnight when the drunks returned from the pub. By this time, Marty was safely tucked up in bed, as was Mary. The noise woke her up as she gazed at the clock.

“What a ruddy time to get back.”

She heard mom toddle off to bed and waited for Georgie to do likewise.

After a moment, she heard a sound of giggling coming from Marty’s room and tiptoed out to investigate. Sticking her head through the open door, Mary saw her older sister lying atop her brother without a stitch on. She heard the low giggles as she slobbered him ruthlessly.

Marty’s arms were locked around her naked back as her body rode slowly. Mary had seen enough, and started to withdraw when Georgie glanced back and saw her.

Around one that morning, a dark figure tiptoed into Mary’s bedroom and snuggled up beside her. Mary woke with a start as arms enclosed her.

“What the hell are you doing here?”

“Having some fun. I saw you looking.”

“What you were doing was disgusting.”

“Oh I don’t think so Mary.”

Warm lips pecked the naked shoulder as hands delved beneath the nightdress.

“Get your hands off me.”

“Oh it’s just a little feel.”

Fingers probed and squeezed the small breasts as the peck turned into a full kiss. Mary tried to move but Georgie was much stronger than she.

“What’s down here I wonder?”

Mary froze as fingers slid between the closed thighs.

“Oh it’s so smooth...”

“Less of it.”

The fingers parted the flesh and moved across the little pleasure button.

“Ever done this?”

Mary shook her head violently.

“Then you should. Here, let me show you.”

Georgie’s fingers locked onto the hidden button, stroking quickly. Despite the situation, Mary felt her nubile body reacting in strange ways.

“You’re wet already.”

The fingers stroked the exposed button, as lips kissed and sucked away at the exposed shoulder.

“I don’t want this.”

“Of course you do. Just relax and enjoy.”

Mary felt the sensations rising. The strong tickly sensation of womanly pleasure.

The fingers gave way to a rotating palm, which drove the pleasure higher.

Mary started moaning softly, despite trying not to as another hand massaged the breasts and nipples.

“You are nearly there my love.”

Mary gasped as the climax broke suddenly. Her thighs thrusting against the annoying fingers. The sensation suddenly changed to an intense tickle, which had to be stopped. Mary responded by putting both hands upon that of her older sister.

“No more please.”

“Enjoy that did we?”

Mary nodded, a little ashamed at what had happened. The kissing stopped and the fingers were withdrawn slowly, as Georgie skulked off towards her own bedroom.

For Mary, college was a relief. Her final class was music, and as the students departed for home, she stayed behind.

“Need a lift?” Ms Dury asked.

Mary nodded in silence and they trotted off towards the rather large camper.

“Had this for donkey’s years.”

Mary climbed inside as the teacher pumped the engine. As they drove off towards Mary’s home, the tears came.

“What’s wrong with you?”

The story tumbled out. Though the part about Marty was kept well hidden.

As the camper reached a lonely spot, Ms Dury brought it to a halt.

“Come in the rear with me and we’ll talk.”

Mary went willingly into the living area as Ms Dury sat beside her.

“It sounds as though that was the first time.”

Mary nodded.

“I just feel so ashamed.”

“Georgie simply took advantage Mary. God knows the drink didn’t help.”

“I enjoyed it though.”

“It was a natural thing. Climax is perfectly normal.”

Mary stared at her.

“Did you climax?”

Ms Dury was partially stunned by the question, as it harked back to the music.

“It was your music that brought it on Mary. I don’t do that normally in front of someone.”

“Was it as pleasant as my own?”

“I suppose it was. Everyone reacts differently to the sensation. One of my friends just whimpers.”

Mary hung her head and Ms Dury embraced her.

“You need pepping up my girl. Fancy a dance?”

Mary gazed at the narrow corridor of the sitting area.

“Is there room?”

“There is always room for dancing my girl. Here, let me turn the tape on eh?”

The music teacher placed a tape of piano music into the dash, and as it sent out the pleasant notes, she rejoined the younger woman.

“How’s that?”

“Sounds really lovely.”

Ms Dury stood with hands stretched.

“Time for a slow one.”

Mary took her hands and they danced slowly within the confined space. As they gently twirled, they grew closer together.

Mary closed her eyes as their bodies collided. Resting her head upon the shoulder of her admiring tutor.

Warm arms gripped her, hands pressing into her lower back.

“What a lovely way to dance,” Ms Dury commented.

As they slowly circled, their busts rubbed against each other. Mary found herself a little aroused by the close contact. As her nipples hardened, she started grinding her hips.

Ms Dury noted the response and ground back. It was as if they were two parts of one person. Two long lost lovers.

Mary had placed her hands upon the older woman's shoulder. Her head remained resting. Even when other fingers trailed down her back and gently gripped the zip of her dress.

Mary moaned as the zip was lowered slowly. Ms Dury was softly panting as the young flesh came into view. As the zip reached the base of the dress, fingers reached inside, unclipping the small bra strap.

Mary lifted her head at last, as fingers lifted the front of the bra, releasing the small breasts into willing palms. As they kneaded and squeezed, Mary planted lips upon Ms Dury.

Now they kissed and mashed with mounting passion. All inhibition shattered by the moment. The dress fell to the floor as Mary pulled frantically at the jumper.

It came off easily enough, revealing full breasts much larger than her own. Mary needed no urging as lips enclosed a nipple. Sucking and licking until it was rampant. A palm helped to bring its twin to life.

Ms Dury was gasping now, fingers pushing the thin material away from the hips, revealing the smooth sexual crevice where supreme pleasure resided. She gasped when she saw it bare and unbroken.

Her knees collapsed until she was kneeling beneath the young goddess.
Her open mouth enveloped the virgin lips as a wandering tongue lashed at the button of pleasure.

Mary was breathing harshly now. Hands resting upon the dark hair of the older woman. Resting, as fingers probed inside the warm, wet body.

Mary opened her thighs wide, gasping as the inevitable climax approached. When it did, she screamed to high heaven as the fingers and tongue absorbed the outpourings of sexual bliss.

Ms Dury pulled the woman down upon her. She guided that willing mouth towards her breasts, fingers frantically pulling down her trouser zip.

Raising her cream bottom, she pushed them to her knees quickly.

Mary was unsure.

“Please...Oh God please...”

Mary kissed with pecks until the hair-covered mound lay beneath her. She stared at the morsel, not quite knowing how to proceed.

Ms Dury placed a loving hand upon her head and guided her like an expert. The pupil placed her tongue upon the warm, salty, **** and sucked for all she was worth.

Ms Dury reared her buttocks in response to the assault. She screamed blue murder as that wet mouth sucked away. None of her lovers had dared do this. Mary was the first.

With such suction applied, climax came quickly for Ms Dury. She screamed aloud as it broke over them both. The hand now used to push the young woman away.

They kissed upon the floor. They cuddled warmly now. The passion had faded, and had grown into lifelong love.

Saving of Mark

Danial Mateson had been a businessman now for twenty years. Portly, polite and with greying hair, he had been in the habit of wandering the back streets well after sunset.

On this day, just after the rainstorm, he found himself standing in an alleyway gazing down at a cardboard box.

Not just any cardboard box either. This was a proper structure with someone sleeping inside.

“You okay in there?”

A muffled voice fired back, “Does it look like I’m okay?”

Danial stooped down, gazing inside. To the left stood open cans of food and to the right, open cans of beer. In between, lay a middle-aged man of around forty-five, who gazed at him from beneath a filthy duvet.

“I’m Danial by the way.”

“Mark. What the hell are you doing around here?”

“Just my habit I’m afraid.”

“Cruising are we?”

Danial nodded slowly, pulling his sheepskin’s closer around his body.

“You won’t find any takers here I’m afraid.”

“I was starting to gather that. Anything I can get you?”

Mark glanced at his meagre possessions.

“A bottle of whisky would be nice.”

“I have one at home. Fancy a nightcap?”

Mark thought the offer over for a moment.

“Why not?”

Danial waited as the man rose, exposing his dark t-shirt, and greying jeans.

“How long have you been out here?”

“Around eighteen months.”

As Mark left his cardboard home, Danial took him in hand and led him homeward. As they walked up to the front door, Mark glanced at the ornate building.

“Fancy place. Not married then?”

“Never been and never want to.”

He led his newfound friend into the diner, a cosy room with a large drinks cabinet.

“Whisky you said?”

“On the rocks.”

Danial poured and noted his guest had sat down upon the lounger.

“Thanks mate.”

As Mark slurped away, Danial joined him.

“Is that okay?”

“Pretty friendly for fire-water.”

“That’s because it’s malted.”

Mark finished the glass and held it out.

“Refill?”

“Now you are talking my language.”

As Danial poured another, his guest glanced at the fancy TV and the even fancier but grotesque painting.

“Is that an original?”

Danial nodded.

“15th century Italian. Guseppe was the artist.”

Mark had never heard the name as he gazed upon a rather disturbing scene.

Within a dark graveyard, a naked woman had been tied to a tree, whilst an equally naked man was deep inside her body.

“Rather weird subject matter,” Mark commented.

Danial pointed to the woman.

“Notice how her head is looking towards his feet. That’s a corpse he’s screwing.”

“I think you are right there.”

“At night you know, I sit here and study it.”

“What for?”

Danial smiled and said, “I sometimes here him grunt.”

As the glass emptied, Mark felt himself drift off to a gentle resting place. He imagined that woman was with him now. His jeans around his ankles, and her warm lips wrapped around his erect manhood.

He smiled in that sleep. Smiled as the shaft was pumped continuously. As tension gave way to erotic pleasure, he groaned aloud.

The noise woke him up.

“Pretty strange dream.”

He gazed down and saw that his jeans were indeed around his ankles and that his manhood was a little softer now. As for the host, he had completely vanished.

“The bugger must have taken advantage.”

He pulled his jeans around his waist and called out. There was no response.

Curious now, he entered the hall and from a side door, he heard the sound of running water.

Poking his head through, he saw the closed curtain rail of the shower and guessed who was inside.

“What did you do that for?”

“Do what?”

“Swallow me?”

Danial poked his head out.

“I did no such thing. You obviously dreamt it.”

Mark scratched his weary head.

“You could be right. I really thought it was the woman.”

“In that painting?”

“It certainly looked like her.”

Danial smiled.

“You know, a similar experience befell me.”

Mark felt more than a little awkward talking through a shower rail.

“Any room for two?”

“Be my guest.”

After Mark had stripped, he stepped inside the cubicle and into the hot stream of water.

“Ouch!”

Danial laughed.

“A little too hot eh?”

He turned the heat down, running his eyes over the manly body of Mark.

“So you had a wet dream too?”

“What happened in yours?”

“Pretty similar I’m afraid. She gave me a blow-job.”

Mark happened to glance down, noting the huge erect member pointing straight at him.

He moved forward and cupped it gently.

“You never mentioned that you were gay,” Danial said.

“You never asked,”

Mark stroked him gently at first, raising the tempo gradually. Danial closed his eyes and enjoyed the deep sensations.

Mark rubbed his palm across the purple head, an action that made Danial groan somewhat.

“Enjoying that?”

Danial nodded as the strokes intensified.

As he looked down, the partner spurted. Loud moans broke from his open lips, as the fluid vanished down the drainer.

“I damn well needed that.”

“I bet you did.”

Mark let the flaccid member drop as Danial embraced him.

“A little reciprocal action?”

A thick hand took the dick and gently stroked. Warm lips closed and
a tongue flashed inside.

They kissed gently at first, as the fingers stroked and probed at the heaving member. Mark was enjoying it, fingers pulling the buttocks apart.

The tongues sword fenced as the smooch deepened, as the erect dick was guided between the thick thighs. Mark started pumping as the smooth skin bristled with excitement.

Danial held him close, until with a loud gasp, his partner climaxed. They pulled apart now. Dick dropping down as the water poured upon them both.

“Never tried that before.”

“It’s better than screwing. Safer too.”

A loud clatter from the diner took their attention somewhere else.

“What the bloody hell was that?” Mark exclaimed.

They dashed back into the diner and saw something that was clearly impossible.

Standing upon the floor, the naked female from the painting glared at them both.

“Who put me there?” she snarled.

The two naked men simply looked at each other open mouthed.

“It can’t be her.”

“It certainly is,” Danial replied.

“I asked a question.”

Danial thought quickly.

“We don’t know.”

The woman glared back as her breasts heaved.

It was apparent that a standoff had developed. The two men waited with baited breath, as the unknown female looked them up and down.
“For wizards, you two look a little lost.”

This was the opening. This was their big chance.

“We really are not wizards,” Danial assured her. “As far as we are aware, none exist.”

The woman shook her dark locks.

“How do you think I ended up behind the canvas?”

“Perhaps the painter?” Mark suggested.

“What? That old man. Don’t make me laugh.”

“What is the last thing you remember?” Danial asked.

“Being tied to a tree and raped!”

The shocking reply gave Danial an idea.

“Do you know the rapist?”

The woman shook her head and moved toward the hall door.

“Where are you going?” Mark asked.

The nude swung around and pointed a long finger at them.

“To get my revenge.”

“It’s a little late love,” Danial assured her. “It’s been over five centuries.”

“I don’t believe you.”

“Take a look outside then,” Mark suggested.

They followed her to the main door and watched as it was opened.
“This is not my world. This strange place of horseless carriages.”

“As I said, it has been over five hundred years love.”

Danial closed the door and led her back into the diner.

“I need another drink,” Mark said heading for the cabinet.

“Pour two more eh? We have a guest.”

The woman took the strange glass and sniffed the golden contents.

“What manner of piss is this?”

Danial was quite offended.

“Do you mind?”

Mark on the other hand had a much better idea. He took a mouthful
and swallowed.

“See. Quite safe.”

The woman followed suit and coughed heavily.

“It certainly has a kick.”

She turned toward the painting, now bereft of her presence.

“I like it that way.”

Danial and Mark joined her.

“I wonder if the male has been trapped too?” Mark commented.

“He had better stay in there. We have enough trouble as it is.”

The woman finished the firewater and coughed again.

“If only I could get my revenge.”

“That would mean returning to the canvas,” Danial said. “We do not possess such power.”

The woman touched the blank space but nothing happened. In utter disgust, she threw the glass at the hard floor. As it shattered, Danial said, “There was no need for that now.”

She stomped off and Mark caught her arm.

“We can’t allow you to leave.”

The woman stopped and smiled.

“I had no such intention. Show me your sleeping quarters.”

They led her into the rather sparse bedroom and watched as she
looked around.

“I wonder what she thinks?” Mark whispered.

The woman glanced back.

“I think you two should perform for me.”

Danial gulped and Mark simply smirked.

“Like zoo animals?”

“What’s a zoo?”

Danial slapped his friend’s buttocks lightly and climbed onto the unmade bed.

“Come on slowcoach. You heard the lady.”

Shrugging his shoulders, Mark joined him.

The woman simply watched as the guys lay together. Warm arms embraced as their full lips touched. Wet tongues played and fingers squeezed the willing buttocks. Mark rolled onto his new friend, his dick sliding along the lower stomach.

Danial pushed him down and, lips enclosed the swollen head. As Mark sucked greedily, the woman simply watched.

The head bobbed up and down as firm fingers stroked the hard shaft. Danial closed his eyes for a moment until the suction stopped.

“What are you doing?”

Mark swung around, presenting cheeks toward his new found lover.

“Stick me deep and proper.”

Danial had never heard it put quite like that before and nestled against the willing man. He gripped his wet dick softly and guided it into his fundament.

Mark groaned as the member filled the slimy crevice, as it started sliding in that familiar action. Danial tried to thrust back, but firm hands stopped him.

“Don’t do that.”

The pumping grew faster and Danial started groaning. A hand gripped the hard flesh and pumped it savagely. Mark was pretty excited already and spurted almost at once. Danial on the other hand took his time, until he too came loudly.

They collapsed onto each other, as the woman clapped her nimble hands.

“Bravo.”

The two men took a little time to recover as the woman trotted back into the diner. When they joined her after dressing, she was staring at the canvas closely.

“See something?” Mark asked.

The woman pointed to a small star in the bottom right corner.

“What does this mean?”

Danial looked and shook his head.

“Perhaps a signature?”

Mark on the other hand placed his finger against it. As he did so, the strange painting dragged them inside.

The woman reacted positively to their new surroundings. The cryptic graveyard lay all around.

“We should remain quiet.”

Deep in shock, the two lovers were in no fit state to protest.
The woman crept behind a gravestone and pointed at the fixed male. The tree lay before him.

“Now I kill him,” the woman whispered.

“I wouldn’t if I were you,” Danial advised.

The woman stared at him coldly.

“He deserves to die.”

“You don’t quite see the point,” Danial insisted. “You are meant to be in this painting. If you kill him, we could all be trapped here.”
“Do you have a suggestion?” Mark asked.

“As a matter of fact I do. She simply reverses the position.”

The woman understood the cryptic meaning.

As they hid, she crept up behind the frozen figure and moved him against the tree. She then tied him up, as she had been and stood in front of him.

A moment passed before the lovers realised they were back in the diner.

“I think we were rather lucky,” Danial smirked.

Mark gazed at the rearranged painting and pointed to the canvas.

“She’s smiling now.”

“I hope so mate.”

Mark embraced him, whispering, “Thanks for saving me.”

He quickly raised his eyes and as he did so, the mud erupted in the near distance. He felt the ground shake and the deafening shockwave pass overhead.

“Some trench.”

A figure suddenly grabbed his arm.

“Come on Andy. Bloody Jerry is laying down a barrage.”

Andy needed no second reminder. They crawled back desperately as further shells landed, churning the shattered earth. At last, he felt his feet dangling, and with one final effort, he dropped inside the deep trench.

He felt the helmet strapped to his head and looking down saw the combat fatigues. The man who had really saved him was sitting at his side taking out a cigarette.

“That was bloody close Andy. I want to live you know.”

“As do I mate. What the hell were we doing out there?”

“Attempting to collect the wounded. What’s wrong with you?”

As his mate smoked, further shells landed close to their position and Andy cowered. He raised his arm and saw the Red Cross band and realised his pack included the medic kit.

The sudden appearance of armed infantry told him an attack was expected and he made way for the fighting men.

As the well-fed officer approached, he stood to attention.

“At ease Andy. You can’t win them all, eh Brandeth?”

“No sir. We’ll try again shortly.”

As they spoke, machine guns rattled as the enemy crossed into No-Man’s-Land.

“That will bloody stop them,” the officer commented.

The whirring stopped for a moment as the firing subsided.

“Any news about the push sir?” Brandeth asked.

“No word yet I’m afraid. We are to hold here.”

The guns fired again as another wave of enemy troops was brutally mown down.

“Take yourselves for a rest. You both bloody deserve it.”

They saluted and Andy followed his mate along the trench until he turned into a side opening. Within that underground wooden structure, a table and a couple of chairs were dotted around. Andy noticed a whisky bottle upon a makeshift shelf.

Brandeth grabbed it.

“Fancy a tot mate?”

“You can be shot for that,” Andy warned him.

Brandeth removed a tin cup from his pack and poured a small amount into it before replacing the cap.

“Not in this outfit. Captain Baines is fairly relaxed.”

He drank the spirit quickly and coughed.

Andy sat down removing his filthy helmet for a moment. At least he understood the time period. The futile futility of it all. At least here, he could die with honour.

Brandeth joined him.

“What are you thinking about Andy? Peter?”

The name flashed through his confused mind. Peter was his nine-year-old son living safely at home.

“Who else Brandeth? I wonder if I’ll ever see him again.”

“You will mate. At least we don’t fight eh.”

That was something at least.

“You spoke about a push earlier? I don’t remember that.”

Brandeth looked at him.

“I overheard the bigwigs two days ago. We will attack Ypres soon. For the second time too.”

A shudder rolled down Andy’s spine. This second bloody battle had seen gas for the first time. German gas.

“Oh my God.”

“No worries mate. After the bombardment, we’ll walk straight over them. Then it’s our turn, picking up wounded.”

“May of fifteen,” Andy muttered.

“What’s that mate?”

“Never mind Brandeth. We don’t have gas masks do we?”

Brandeth looked shocked.

“No need for such things. Generals say it’ll never be used you know.”
A phrase came to Andy’s calm mind.

“Lions led by donkeys.”

“Don’t let the brass here you say that mate. Look, politicians start these things and we do the fighting. Nothing can change that.”

“I understand what you are saying Brandeth. It doesn’t make it easier though.”

“It never does,” his mate replied tapping his shoulder. “Come on, it’s back to the field for us.”

He replaced his helmet and followed his friend back into the misery of the trench. They were fully manned now and Andy feared the worst.

The officer approached.

“Word just came through. We go over at dawn.”

They thanked him and moved to their posts.

“What did I tell you mate.”

“You certainly have your finger on the pulse. I’ll give you that.”

As they sat at the far end of the mud-filled trench Andy’s mind wandered. It seemed to him that Jerrix had sent him to his death. By accident of course. However, accidents kill.

The night passed until the artillery opened up. Shells rained down upon the enemy positions, turning the mud into a moonscape. Andy felt his stomach twist and tears flow.

“Hold it back Andy. We are all scared here.”

“What if this wasn’t your time Brandeth? Not your place. What would you do?”

To his surprise, Brandeth laughed.

“Get myself a hooker in Blackpool.”

The bombardment rolled on until the officer appeared carrying his pistol and tin whistle.

“Everyone stand to.”

The infantry readied themselves as Andy and Brandeth stood before the simple ladder that led to death and glory. The officer checked his watch, counting down. Putting the whistle to his lips, he blew loudly and scrambled over the top.

As soon as the troops were clear, the medics followed, machine guns rattling from the enemy. Andy heard the screams, the cries as men went down. He scrambled ahead as bullets flew.

He saw a damaged man lying flat. Left leg ripped by flying lead. He stopped to treat him and reached into his bag for his medic kit. He watched Brandeth scramble toward another fallen man then rise in a hail of earth, steel and body parts as he stepped upon a mine.

Andy nearly vomited.

The chattering continued as more men were thrown forward. Andy pushed bandages into the man’s wounds as he heard coughing coming from just ahead. He looked in absolute dread as a yellow and green wall of gas rolled towards them. Looking down at the stricken man, Andy found the weapon and cocking it, pulled the trigger.

It was a dark world now for Andy. He had not felt the death that must have taken him on that awful battlefield. At point blank range, he could not miss.

He could see nothing really. No sound either, for that matter. All was still, and lost. He thought of his experiences, bouncing through time. He even thought of Jerrix, and found himself laughing at last.

“A time travelling cat...”

Raindrops suddenly appeared from nowhere. The inky darkness cleared and he saw flashing lights just a little way off. He looked around with his mouth open.

This was Oak Lane. He was back.

He checked his clothes, feeling relief at the familiar cotton shirt and jeans. Even his trainers looked smart.

The pounding rain had not ceased and a question hit him hard.

“How long have I been away?”

He also wondered what the flashing lights meant. He slowly walked forward until he saw the clear image of a police car standing across the lane. Its blue light flashing brightly in the night sky.

“Must have been an accident,” he muttered as he broke into a run.

He suddenly called out to an officer who simply ignored him. Andy reached the vehicle and saw a taxi parked just beyond. He strolled up to the familiar view and saw the open side doors.

He slowed suddenly as the officer put his radio down.

Looking inside, Andy saw someone slumped over the wheel. The cotton shirt and jeans were terribly familiar. He rocked back as the ambulance arrived.

A long silent voice came from behind him.

“They shot you son. Once in the neck. Took your takings.”

Andy turned to face his late father.

“You are really here?”

His father smiled.

“I am as solid as you are Andy. What you encountered was a phantasm. A construct of the mind. Real to you, but not to you. If you see what I mean.”

“And the cat?”

His father smiled and handed him a book. Andy looked down and read the title.

Jerrix and the planet of Dogs by Colin Bristow.

“You bought it for Peter.”

Andy remembered. He understood now.

“What about my killers?” he asked gently.

“They will be caught next year. Don’t worry about them now.”

“Peter and Linda?”

His father smiled again.

“As safe as houses my boy. There will be heartfelt grief but help is on the way. We must go now. Your grandfather awaits.”

Andy opened the book and flicked through the text.

“There are no dinosaurs in that one.”

“You loved dinosaurs as a child. Your mind must have combined the two. What else did you see?”

“A world fighting giant Creepos. A dinosaur world and the trenches. I was a medic then.”

His father nodded.

“Believe it or not son. Your last life ended in 1915. That’s where that came from. As for Creepos? I have no idea.”

A soft light appeared just ahead of them and Andy asked, “Is that for me?”

“It is for both of us. It brought me here. Now. Are we going to stand here growing old or eh...”

Andy took his loving arm and together, they walked into eternity.
The soft light disappeared and a light green glow came into view. From this illumination, Jerrix ran out and stopped.

“I’m too late.”

As he said this, the wet scene dissolved into an inky darkness and a voice new to him bellowed, “We have him now Jerrix. We shall meet again.”

An invisible force swiped him violently and he was tossed like a rag doll into his ship. Picking himself up, he staggered to the north-facing statue and pulled the waiting lever.

Rays of white light shot out from the statue’s eyes and formed a silver grid above the dome. Moments later an image of the galaxy appeared and a dot started flashing.

“Who the hell was that?” he muttered angrily.

Walking to the east statue, he pulled the lever sharply and plunged into another adventure.
