when the japs bombed us on a calm peaceful sunday morning and killed less people, we went to war USA was at war with Japan and all the Axis countries. were the three thousand in the WTC less important? I think not. we should hunt down and kill everyone we find that does things like that. If you don't think it can happen again and probably will with the current administration making apologies to everyone and chumming up with them like oh, we are so sorry, we will be nice now. Terrorism has been going on all around the world, every single country gets a share of it, let it be bombing or kidnapping or suicide bomber attacks. USA has not been attacked on its own soil since Pearl Harbor, but even that was on an island, not the mainland. It's a wake up call for sure and as most other countries said "join the boat" with the terrorist attacks. Everyone wants to blame bush, what about that idiot clinton that could have took him out and didn't, nooooo, no body wants to blame an adulterous lying sack of crap like him. "lying sack of crap" ? If Clinton is a "lying sack of crap" then, don't know what words should be used for Bush. But since I don't go to that level I would say politicians lie, some lie less, some more each of them has their share, but don't you think it's a bit extreme to call the former president as a "lying sack of crap" ?   I have no sympathy for any extremist muslims these days, just my position, hunt em down, kill them. The ones at gitmo have it pretty good as far as food, shelter and medical care, I don't feel sorry for them. Not to say there is not a chance that someone is there wrongly and turned in by a neighbor for money, but chit happens. They would treat us much worse I believe. None of our politicians have a clue what the average constituent wants, they are all in there own little worlds and can't smell the coffee. Clinton turned out to really suck, and I voted for him so I can say he is a lying sack of chit, they all are.

Al Queda attacked us. In response we demanded from the Taliban (who were governing Afghanistan at the time) that they turn over Osam Bin Laden or forfeit their right to govern. When they refused was when we attacked them Well then, that pretty much gives them (the bearded guys in Afghanistan mountains) to kidnap anyone here. As far as they are concerned, we have attacked them. All they need to do is to demand from our government to turn over Cheney, and if we don't, then they can proceed kidnapping us and doing whatever they think "non-afghani" deserve. In fact, they will be more justified in doing so, because unlike our invented story of "911 hijackers", the whole world knows what we have done to them. I see no difference between us and those we love to hate. Without declaration of war, our warring actions must be considered to be those of private individuals, and as such indistinguishable from act of a common criminal.

I am so used to living alone....moved my sister and her 14 year old son in to help her with medical problems. My nephew just got home from camp and grabbed the laptop and went to "their" room. On his way to his room, he asked about dinner. I just went in to let him know that dinner would be ready soon and the kid is in front of the laptop, completely NAKED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! His Mom thinks this is funny! The curtains are pulled open and the shades pulled up for all the world to see and it is still daylight here. I say those things should be taken care of in the bathroom or at night....this is my house and I feel invaded! I raised 4 boys and never had this happen and I can't wait for my sister to get here 
Well my first thought is, was he camming naked on-line??? He's 14, that should definitely be discouraged. He should absolutely pull the shades if he is going to be sitting around naked. Think his mom needs to have a talk with him about the proper place to take care of things, like in the bathroom or in the shower, so there's no chance someone is going to walk in on him. Guests, when they are family, sometimes take liberties, but when it is going to be an extended stay, there should be some house rules established beforehand. *Edit* Be sure to clean the lap top!

I do understand what your saying though but at times when they say yes it is just acknowledging you're there. I always say are you decent lol just out of habit. But it has been many years since I have had a roommate no one has lived with me besides my kids in over 17 years. And well can't say that I would be roommate material at all..... |

I think they both need to realize that they are guests in MY house and if they want to act like this, then they need to find another place to stay.My grand kids come over here, friends stop by, and I just can't have this crap going on. wow, sorry to hear that, it is hard when you live alone for a while to get used to people being around. I never liked room mates anyway myself

Wow I just discovered Kettle potato chips. Great flavors they offer. Sour Cream, Blue Cheese, Barbecue. Made with olive oil, very crunchy, full of flavor. Are there chips that top that? |
