Try as i may i never get an answer and i am wodering what i am doing wrong.I write a letter in the box press send and that's it but never get a reply and you get so frustrated because you want to meet the person

I am a 90 yr old man who has been promised a one off refund but try as i may all my mails cannot be delivered by the postmaster saying no domain yet it is the one given to me.
