Heat oven to 450 degrees. Tear off a few squares of foil. Lightly coat one side of each with vegetable spray or oil. Place a fish on a square. Drizzle with oil, sprinkle with salt and pepper and top with bread crumbs . Fold foil and seal securely. Arrange on ungreased baking sheet. Bake 8 minutes or until done. Remove from foil. Garnish with lemon. ( This is how I do mine, its also great with butter/garlic brushed over them) the halibut burgers is already prepard it came that way when i bought them and i dont use pepper for i dont like pepper and i hardly ever cook with salt... just dont need to sorry! Geesh, was just trying to help, guess i got told |
