Hey - I don't have advanced degrees, came from a very blue-collar, working class family from Hickville. I certainly cannot complain a bit about my life now in the least. I have all a man needs, and then some.

Think it is intent, rather than quantity. Just one email? Hey..that is easily lost, accidentally deleted, read -intent to respond-but get sidetracked, etc.

Now - if you have told them after 'x' number of emails and IMs to please do not contact you personally - (email and IM not being a public forum) and they persist in confessing undying love - okay - you might have a problem here. Same with phone.

They start showing up at your house inappropriately? Okay..WAY across the line there. Probably time to have some involvement by others.

Some are a bit quick to pull out the 'stalking' label - two emails are definitely NOT stalking you, unless they are WAY WAY WAY out there.
Might want to keep in mind, this can be a serious charge, legalisticly.

Your choice and your right to post or not post here as you see fit. You push your propaganda, I have just as much right to call you on it, as you did to post. Get used to it. Actually - I was putting it forward as a discussion point, however, if you read the top - it was for a national vote on the matter. Obviously, you would vote against it - which is your *right* - and the majority opinion would rule, either for or against.

I do believe the current death penalty is not a deterrent. If you want to use it as such - it needs to be quick and certain. Is it a revenge thing? Arguably so perhaps - but if you remove the lift and liberty of a person, I certainly believe YOUR life and liberty should be removed. If you kill them, then the punishment should fit the crime - we, as a society are are going to kill you.

If the national vote was against - then I believe as Rayne and some others stated - no rotting away in a cell - you are going to work, and work hard. Chain gangs are one good start.

However, Neal - Yellow has asked several times for your opinion. While we 'get it' that you are against the death penalty, and consider it barbaric (your right, again) What do you suggest? I put mine out there

You were handed your rear-end in the forum in which you tried to tell Lilith and Yellow they were wrong, when BOTH clearly demonstrated a greater understanding than you. You even went so far as to claim 'authoritative knowledge' due to a Mental Health training you took going so far as to diagnose (you are not a Dr.) from a newspaper article.

You go on to claim "Oh - I don't tell people about myself" Yet don't mind pulling out "I am a Mental Health Professional" trying to defend yourself - but strangely don't want to answer up about vehicles, gardens and savings. Conveniently though, you claim a 4 cylinder was your first choice, that you rarely use, you have a huge garden. (cough*bullsh*t*cough)

In this forum, even StarSailor tagged you, as well as me, Yellow and Lilith. Can you say 'Copyrights violations'? Sure you can!! Right now you have zero credibility left, zero points in the debate area.
