there is always one in a certain window at my dads house. The lil punk arse gets huge during the yr dies and his kids take up the nest next yr. Sometimes their bodies can be as big as a quarter....good times

a good friend of mine has the bowflex and it works for him. Main things is can you keep at a routine if you have it at home. Some people need a gym to be able to stick with it.

i gotta agree so far the impression i am getting is a fun loving group of people on here. Well i should probably tell you folks a bit more about myself. I work for the local cable company as a computer help desk tech, manage the cars 4 cancer car shop out in saratoga ny<non4profit car repairs are a beautiful thing>, besides that as my profile says i travel all across the country going to car shows. Other then that........i am basicly happy gilmore on steriods always cracking jokes and having a great time.

well i always believe you learn from the mistakes.....but crying about them does nothing. When i get upset either i drive around aimlessly for awhile, workout, cause some shenanigans with my friends something to relieve the stress. From what i can tell from your profile and your posts your a bright and attractive chicka. Things will be fine in the long run
