if it helps i went through the same thing, and i know the guy she is with now, she talked of getting back together and we would still be friends and talk every day that happened for a month and now every once in a while i hear from her.

What worked for me, I first of all stopped thinking of me, I want her to be happy and if who she is with makes her happy then that is good this allowed me to stop hurting as much and has allowed me to do the things i want.
