to attend church in order to spread "the word" I never saw it as spreading the word, as much as I did sharing the word. Much like a potluck where people come together to share their dishes, church has been a place to congregate with each other and share the influence of Jesus on our lives. Should religious people be obligated to attend church in order to share the word? The reason I asked; my family tell me I "need" to go to church. Why do I "need" to go? |

Why I fear Texas Women

oh no, please am not even close to being a defensive person, am just curious.... I am just trying to learn about Texas and I was curious why you said good luck. I have been in the New England area for over 20 years and have visited Texas on at least two occasions and when someone says "good luck" I want to know why,I want to learn; I am a very inquisitive person please don't be offended. Relocating is a big move and a big decision considering I do not have any family or friends who live there. My comment about being confident/independent meant am not afraid of any obstacles; which therefore explains why I said I am 50% Texan woman. 
The part of Texas where I was raised we always say Good Luck with that..kinda like ....Bless your heart... Do you know how far it is to get to 'yonder'? Or what 'fixin' means? My family in NC say's "yonder" & "fixin" meaning their about to go somewhere, "Bless your heart" meaning a compliment or blessing. I chose Texas b/c NC is entirely too slow and too may of my family (95%) eat, sleep, drink church; I am religious but I go at my own pace. In my opinion, Texas has a laid back vibe and at the same time I can have a lot of fun exploring the state.I don't know much about Texas but I learn quick.

There is a comedy club down town Fort Worth called Hyena's just google it for times and shows. Most the time you can get them to send you 10 free tickets to get in then they want each person to buy like 2 things drinks or food ....... Thank you so much.....

Yes! I can cook country fried chicken and gravy. I may have spent most of my in the New England area; I was born in North Carolina. I had to place a chair by the stove and the sink. Cooking not a problem! What's next? |
