As a result, businesses and individuals face huge burdens of time and money to comply with the tax code; in 2001, Americans spent 6.4 billion hours filling out tax forms for the government.

If everyone including all companies paid a flat 15% tax on all income, no deductions it would be fair and equal for everyone. Think how easy the tax form would be to fill out.
