It just seems like a pretty minor thing to me, I can understand a guy being freaked out about a situation like that if the girl's mother is not around to educate them about what's gonna happen to their bodies' as they mature. If this is the worst thing they guy has done it seems really unfair to me that you would block him and call him creepy, and of course then people jump on the bandwagon suspecting him of being a child molester and all that.
