this is the same guy the tow truck driver. when ever i tow a car of a parking lot the ownwer be comes a tow truck driver all of a suden or a lawyer & know the law about parking or towing.

well i got one, & i drive a tow truck part time. i towed a car from a parking lot that be long to a women that said i had to release it for free but i don't think so. police were involved but ended op walking away later laughing cuz what i did was legel anyway.
