Because I haven't found the right girl and am enjoying the freedom I have currently :3 Psshht. Yeah who wants an ol' relationship anyway, there so "tiring" & "backbreaking" as so some people here have said. 
 
I just wanna be free! la-la-la-la-la... He's only saying that cause' deep down he really wants to have a girl but he prolly gets rejected a lot. so he's hiding his pain with confidence. [it's okay we all do it too..]

Well this is a shot in the dark.....as Ozzy Osbourne said it.....when everything sneaks up on you. Don't you hate it when you think everything's okay, then at night.....you sit there and just stare at the ceiling and wonder......why. Well I'm that way tonight. Can't sleep or anything and just want to know "WHY?". I have a GREAT girlfriend, a great family and so on but, I just have this feeling......a feeling like something's wrong but, can't put my finger on it. My stomach is upset, head it moving a MILLION miles an hour, heart is pounding.....just getting blank feelings. I'm just seeing if I'm the only one out there who has these feelings. I don't like them. And this DOES sneak up on me....one minute okay and next minute, wondering what's gonna happen. It doesn't happen all of the time but, tonight is strong.....that's why I'm writing about it. Feelings are soooooo strange. It's like, I'm smoking cig after cig.....and drinking caffine....that can't be good either but, I know if I wasn't doing this.....the feeling would still be the same. I don't know how many people are going to read this and not respond but, I hope I get a few people who tell me this has happened to them.....seems like I go through this at least once a month maybe twice. I woke up my girlfriend not too long ago just to tell her I love her with all my heart because....well.....I needed to. Have these feelings....don't know what they are.....maybe someone can wake me up a bit and tell me to stop......it would be great if feelings had a switch but, alas, they don't. I do believe that GOD helps those who help themselves and I'm trying to help myself and piece everything together.....nothing comes to mind..... Guess I'm on my own tonight..... Every time i have feelings like this it usually means something bad is going to happen, for me anyways cause' i have that kind of intuition. Last time i felt this way i ended up getting a call from the hospital saying my sister was in a car wreck. It could mean something different for everybody, this is just my experience. Well I sure hope so for the OP's sake .. otherwise he's just sittin around waiting for the other shoe to drop

To the OP .. sorry about your experience. I know others who've been taken for a LOT more $$ .. like $35,000+ so don't feel too stupid. It can happen to the best of people, when someone uses their heart to get to the wallet.
I've online dated for 7 years. Have had many awesome, and some not so awesome, experiences in it all. Some LTR's with very real people. But I also know most every scam out there. I love the fast track to asking where my mom was born. SIGH. 
Today .. a guy wrote me asking if I would like to meet. His idea of meeting? Get this .. "maybe you'd like to go for a ride and we could drive through the mountains" .... riiiiiiiiiiiight  
& maybe I'd like to be raped and murdered on my next outing ..   Whatever DUDE.

There was a thread about having tattoos (another site)The question was do you have tatts and how many? It started out good...people said what kind of tatt or how many. And then some goody two shoes..says..."I don't have any, I think tatts are ugly" Well then all these other f**k ups praised themselves for not having tatts or piercings except their ears. WTF....it was like a club of tight assed, little finger raised, smirk faced women, patting themselves of the back for being so perfect. You may think I have a tatt or two...wrong I have none. I like tatts, I have seen some beautiful ones. Some are pure art. It just raises my ire when some think they are better then others. And the connection to the OP's statement would be ????

I don't know if it really works but I have been communicating with a white guy for more than 3 years now (everyday) and now we are planning to get a pair of wedding rings cause he is coming!!!!! And its my job to plan for everything, whew, exhausting 
can I advise to slow it down,, from experience internet relations can be QUITE different than what happens when people actually start physically interacting in each others cultures, worlds, families,,,etc,,, AGREED!! Never plan a 'wedding' before you meet someone in person. I don't care how long you've been communicating, until you actually can be IN PERSON with them, they are still an 'image' in your mind. Once you experience their mannerisms, behavorial patterns, the way they interact with others that you can SEE/HEAR .. you do not have an accurate understanding of 'them'.

If I said that I agreed with the majority, would that be unpopular? Well I think MT was a bit before his time. Because NOW being minority is the 'cool' and everyone is 'down' with that, so it becomes the majority. And being a rebel JUST for the sake of being one, which I used to be, doesn't jive either. I think if you are an INDEPENDENT thinker, well then .. THAT is what MT speaks of. Not letting your opinion be tweaked by ANYONE .. but holding to your own eh? |

My grandmother was Korean and my grandfather was an American.......they had five children and did well together. I do not understand, if you are asking whether men prefer an Asian female over an American one here, or if what people think of American/asian relationships? Please clarify your question intent, as English words can have up to 5 meanings...... Filipina( philippines ) and American ( USA ), although philippines is a part of asian country... so i'm not asking about the asian/american relationship, i'm asking is, filipina and american... thats simple question... Cross-cultural is cross-cultural SC. No reason to be defensive - she was offering input, which is what you want
I have good friends who have been married for over 20 years .. she's Filipina, he's Caucasian. They are great.

This is very true. Ex .. you LOVE  your family because they are blood and bonded to you in ways no one else is, BUT you may not LIKE someone IN your family .. ie would not find it fun to go anywhere with them, don't get along with them, have nothing in common.
Also, I love my children unconditionally  and always, but I'll tell ya once in a while I won't LIKE one of them for the way they are acting HA HA (only once in a while mind you)
