on a cold call profile viewing, i just move along.
someone from the forums, i might still engage in some getting to know you. without the act or hiding though. there maybe enough common attraction that x y or z can be overlooked. eric22t

I don't know if I agree with you on that one, because although one meets on the forums can form a special bond, but the X, Y or Z factor could still play a role down the road.

I see it all the time, Im on another site with my pics full profile , and Ive said if you have X,Y and Z, I wouldn't be interested and they still message you .

But If I see a profile that has X , Y and X I will avoid them.

There is no need to be dishonest about it.

Although you want to believe you've overturned everything I said, for the most part, you simply ignored it, and in some cases, supported it while adding personal insults.

For example, "Two different things, Igor." Of COURSE they were two different things, which is why I set them apart as independent, single sentence paragraphs. Please pause in your biased attacks, long enough to read what I actually say, and stick to that.

Your pretense that nothing was done wrong by businesses during Republican administrations is abject nonsense. Much of what I described took place during the Reagan and Bush administrations.

I didn't at any time say that ONLY Republicans do things wrong, either.

And going back to your rather rude repetition that the bad behaviors I described are not "capitalism" is nonsense entirely. Unless you can prove that capitalism was declared at an end repeatedly, and was openly replaced by "mercantilism" or "cronyism," your claim that my points are invalid, is without merit.

And by the way, mercantilism and cronyism are subsets of capitalism, not alternatives to it. They are known dangers of UNREGULATED capitalism, as many other abusive behaviors are.

And by the way, you failed to read many other things I wrote, including that it is FALSE to say that some of the turn-of-the-previous-century very rich people, accomplished what they did "on their own." No one does that. They all depended on Government enforcement of property rights, ownership of patents, and most important, the ability to ignore worker concerns if they wished to.

To be sure, there have been employers over the centuries who did treat their employees well, and I never even HINTED otherwise, though you appear to be certain I did so explicitly.

Please go back and read what I ACTUALLY said, and respond accurately.
IgorFrankensteen

And yet you insult me very cleverly I might add, no matter what I say or how I say it , it will come across as rude to you Igor.

I'm not saying you are wrong because you disagree with me, Im saying you're wrong about certain facts and Ive tried to post relevant facts to back up my opinion on why you are wrong.

Okay so I will start over again, you mentioned most of your facts stems from the Reagan and Bush(41) era... fine, even though you did mentioned the golden era/gilded age.

My original point was people making money because of the gold exchange, vs the gold standard vs fiat money cannot be compared.

You talk about finance during the Bush and Reagan years, while its true men and some women got super rich on paper because of the result of fiat money when Nixon took America off the gold standard.

Bond traders before the 80's barely made a living most had to get a second job just to survive and fiat money replaced the gold standard and the feds(The federal reserve) manipulated the money supply and interest rates, Bond traders like Bill Gross saw opportunities and ran with it, today a bond trader earns 100 X more than their predecessors in the 1970's and early 80's.

Do you blame capitalism for that or government policies?

And by the way, mercantilism and cronyism are subsets of capitalism, not alternatives to it. They are known dangers of UNREGULATED capitalism, as many other abusive behaviors are. IgorFrankensteen

Again, I don't know how to say this without sound rude... here goes.
You are wrong sir, mercantilism and capitalism are not the same thing, they are not subsets.

mercantilism was a system where the government or monarch incentivized businesses or merchants to trade on their behalf and they were giving monopolies and protection, they were an extension of the state.

In mercantilism only the privileged got rich and remained wealthy

Capitalism quite simply is a political and economic system that advocates the means of production, distribution and trade owned by individuals for profit by way of a free market, it advocates the importance of private property and your rights, and it advocates liberty and free market principles govern by objective laws.

Adam Smith referred to this as “laissez faire” , anyone can get rich in Capitalism.

We wont get into crony capitalism, too long of a discussion, by the way there is no such thing as unregulated capitalism, it has never existed.

IgorFrankensteen

No, I understood everything you've posted I tried to address it.

That isn't what I said when I posted they did it own their own, I said on their own meaning without government help or connection and I gave you examples like Leland Stanford and jay Frick who had connections with the government vs Rockefeller who did not have connections with the government and who simply made his products better and cheaper than the competition and outsold them.

Try to imagine, for a minute, a world with open borders.
Anyone could freely go anywhere to live.
What would happen to civilization as we know it.
How would there be any semblance of government or the programs government provides to its citizens?
How would order be maintained?
How would laws be enforced?
How safe would anybody be, even in their own homes? Tom4Uhere

Actually Karl Marx envisioned it and thought after Capitalism was overthrown and transitioned to Socialism and when the entire world embraced socialism Communism was the final step.

He believed order is maintained by committees, laws enforced by committees and everyone would be safe and sound, of course private property would be abolished and we all live like peas and carrots.

Borders are important for many reasons.
Lax borders invite chaos, controlled borders invite unity and order.
Many countries use lethal force to protect their borders.
Being civilized does not mean giving up unity and order, it means protecting unity and order, with lethal force if necessary.

Imagine the impact of shooting some illegals and throwing their corpses back across the border. I guarantee there will be less people trying to enter illegally. Tom4Uhere

This is something I don't understand about the left , do they not understand that open borders is good for the criminal organizations and its a god sent to them.

Forgiveness helps us to move forward to a newer relationship. Toodygirl5

I think it depends on the conflict, infidelity is one thing, but physical abuse where children is involved or beating a spouse I really dont think forgiveness is in order.

Ive often thought it was fascinating that Americans can write off their interest up to one million dollars, which definitely helps towards income tax, but that trade off is you guys are charged capital gains tax unless you use the quit deed loophole .

Up here in Canada we are not charged with capital gains taxes when we sell out principal residence.

I can’t really speak for my American friends, My grandparents has a condo in Florida they spend 6 months there.

I know if I was living in America I would own, because I own where I live in Canada, but our market is so different than yours.

We have amortizations and terms, If I'm not mistaken you have 15 and 30 year terms which is the same as your amortization.

You can write off your interest and we cant unless we have a line of credit on our home and use it for business, investment or education, we can write off the interest portion only.

Personally I don't think everyone should own a home particularly if you can’t afford the down payment and your credit sucks, that is why investors in real estate are crucial

Because of the pressure of the American Dream got a lot of people in trouble all those idiots that took real estate courses wanting to be the next Donald J.Trump but for residential

your profile says you're looking for an intimate encounter.

That right there will turn women off , particularly those women looking for a committed relationship.

Most women are not fooled by those claiming to be lonely vs horny.

Unless that was made in error the "intimate encounter part"

good luck on here.

Why you write the word serve in caps.. same for your heading?

What is that all about? Why the emphasis on that?

And cops go above and beyond 1000's of times a day. greenyes146

Ive often wondered that too and in this particular thread its emphasized for some reason?

Is there a hidden meaning behind it?

This is a common theme Ive been hearing ( reading) for a while.

There are people like yourself OP who is looking for quality people to settle down with, and not "give it up" so to speak until you're ready and bonded emotionally.

There is nothing wrong with that, you just have weed through the junk to find the diamonds that shares your core values.

Unfortunately on free sites like this one, its brings out all the whack jobs, wingnuts, douche bags, players, dirtbags, Bill Clinton's sycophants, players, scammers , freaks you name it.

Today dating is like a buffet , you have so much to choose from and most want to sample everything.

Believe me when I say this , there are a few us still holding out waiting to meet our Ms.Right or in your case Mr.Right who shares the same core values.

hang in there Tanya, it will happen if you stick to your values and just keep kicking those who dont share your values to the curb.

they feel like its their best pics and the best pics to attract someone and they think they can win you over with their sparkling personality.

Talking about delusionals.

I know when I first started Online meeting, I ran into this problem, so I decided before I meet anyone else I would do a video chat with them whether its skype, what app etc.

If they avoid doing that then I know they are hiding something.
