Yeah I do, I get frustrated and bored and sit
for half an hour and wonder whats going on with me

I listen to music, or take a walk, or phone a friend.

It irritates me and if I'm like that for too long it
starts to irritate those around me.

People's judgement of us, shapes and moulds us.We either respond and defend our actions or move along and dis-regard what they had said...

They are basically challenging our social values, traditions,perceptions and thoughts and ...Why not?

I think its situational and it depends on whom/who has judged.

I will 'raise' my thoughts and speak if something said does
not sit well with me.

High-school day would be the one for me...

Those days were soooo fun...

1. I wanna be 5ft 7 so I can reach the top cupboards in

2. I wish my friend had sight again :(, she only went
blind last six years.

These people have committed 3/4 of their lives to caring,
teaching and showing their children with a disability
the skills to lead an independent life.

They scarifice part of their dreams in life to support
another to lead a relative normal life.

That is a partial part of humanity :)

Yo!! am honest...dunno if I'm decent, still trying to work that out...

I married out of my race. It was not easy with customs etc
but I never thought about that I just saw him and wham!
the rest is history.

There can be the backlash of family especially elders who
hold on to tradition but like so many things elders have
already been through in the life...they accept after a while.

Its not been smooth sailing especially with raising children,
practising religion and social activities but like most
things it comes down to compromise.

Absorb what your heart and mind seeks and protect it :)

wow...my *hat* off to you for sticking it out and caring
for your child.

The benefits of seeing a child growing up is fantastic and I can
only say, the memory of hardship will eventually fade.

Take each day as it comes and remember to be easy on yourself.
You work 24/7, try to rest when you can and eat regular.

It is easy to say...go for a night out/ or dinner / or with the girls...but I remember this was kinda of tiring to organise just
to get out...lol (yep I remember)

Keep in touch with family and friends. This is so important.
Isolation in the home can be depressing. You need adult talk
as well, if you know what I mean.

Everyone is a little anxious to meet new people you are not alone there...

I don't like large groups. Its noisey and distracting for me...lol
I don't know which convo to join..

I like one on one or two people. I feel anxiety in my stomach
when I am chatting sooo I just talk more...lol

The Who, what, which questions are good kinda good takes off the pressure until those anxiety feelings reduce.

I find I communicate better in written word, then talking...but thats me.
