and what in the world does that have to do with being aware of one's potential. They create own rules and define the pace of folk, who so ever is working for them. they do not need any supervisor, they do not ask the way to go ......

i'm not starving for a job. what risk are you talking about. and i need a supervisor to show me the way to where. if you talk about a org hierarchy , you find that, someone is giving the target and giving the training to complete the task. |

everyone has potential. you don't need an education to realize this. if you have potential, why are you starving for job? because you can't take the risk and you gotta have a supervisor to show ya the way....

It does matter if you have a degree or not if you want a good job, but in saying that ive just finished my degree and have struggled to find a job in my area...basically it seems so many people are getting degrees these days they are becoming less valuable. My sister has a really well paid job for her age and she didnt go to uni, yet im here trying my best to get a good job after going through uni which should of helped me to get a good job. Ah well im still glad i got it though ^_^ i am just going to open my own business and play by my rules :). MONEY SHOULD BE IN YA POCKET FOR SURVIVAL.
